I made a purchase of a 2018 Chevy Camaro from this establishment. The initial test drive went smoothly without any problems. However, after a couple of days, I noticed an issue with the car. I promptly brought it to the attention of the service team, who efficiently resolved the problem under the 60-day free warranty provided for all purchases. Since then, I have not encountered any further issues with the vehicle. The prices offered here are highly competitive, the staff members are exceptionally courteous, and my personal sales representative, Ken Federici, is not only a genuinely nice person but also goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless and comprehensible experience. Without hesitation, I would recommend J&M Automotive to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Dealerships have to do two things well if they’re to thrive in todays appropriately customer-obsessed market: 1) provide the best value in exchange for customer dollar 2) provide a great experience. By experience I don’t mean chocolates at the door for every purchase. I mean making sure customers aren’t pressured, ensuring customers really get a feel for what they’re shopping for, that customers are heard. Bob, for example, was exceptional. I’m checking each car with a flashlight. Not only does he bring the next vehicle into the garage, out of the rain, he points out the way they inspect, service, and detail each vehicle before it leaves the lot. Fantastic experience. Their vehicles are priced for the best value while not so ridiculous that the dealership that you think there’s a scam going on. No, these guys do it right. I took a look at their inventory online and called ahead before coming in so he already knew what I wanted, the out the door price I was quoted over the phone matched with what I was told in person. Purchased a used car from J&M recently and had a fantastic experience. Our sales rep was Tom who was professional and easy to deal with from the start. Their listed prices are non negotiable, yet very fair, so that eliminated any haggling stress.

We had already done our homework and had 2 cars picked out, one being our mark, and the other a backup. The car was a recent arrival so it was cleaned, but hadn't gone through their extensive inspection yet. We test drove the car, put down a hold deposit and waited for them to finish the inspection/service.

After a few weeks of waiting the car was ready for pickup. They had done a full brake job (including pads and rotors), installed 4 new tires and fixed some lights and switches. We were very happy with these repairs on their dime.

The paperwork aspect at pickup was smooth and easy. We drove away happy and satisfied with the experience. We will be back next time we are looking for another used vehicle. Thanks Tom and the staff at J&M.
