Came here for vaccines at the pharmacy. The pharmacist, Dr pfeffer (I think) is amazing. Kind, friendly, humble..... I will come here all the time now.

Siama was thorough, polite, and efficient. My son needed a different level of care she called the facility to ensure the right kind of tech was there and sent us with all of our paperwork and test results so they could help us as quickly as possible. We are visiting from out of state and would go back!

I’ve had to visit this location multiple times for testing due to my mother being in ICU and the hospital requiring negative PCR tests for visits. Sharon is one of the nicest pharmacy employees I have ever dealt with in ANY pharmacy I’ve been too. She is very sweet, always kind to the people she deals with, and never seems to have a bad day (and if she is you would never know). I have visited another CVS location and they lost my test and I was unable to visit for three days while waiting. This is by far the best location I’ve ever visited and I will continue to be a customer here!

Drive thru self testing for covid was easy and the PCR results came back in about 28 hours. The only downfall was the customer in line behind me. The pharmacy staff member I interacted with was really nice.

Tricia of the ear piercing section was very efficient and made my granddaughter’s experience pleasant and she felt at ease with Tricia.. Would highly recommend her expertise in ear piercing.

Their pharmacy was open when the Walgreens pharmacies in all the surrounding towns were not.

My go to pharmacy. Everyone is nice and friendly specially Conny. Unfortunately, they seem understaffed. 3 and a half star if I could split the star.

They’re out of the most random things. One time they were completely out of cough drops, that sucked.

The fridge ar this CVS has been broken for a couple months. I'm here weekly, so i'd like to get a cold drink occasionally. But the manager, when i asked when it would be fixed, while he wasn't rude and politely told me it would be fixed in a couple months, and it was broken due to a missing part, i still distinctly got the feeling that my question was not welcome. What, expecting the store to be in good working condition is entitled? I guess that's why they're closing 900 stores. Oh well.

I’ve tried giving the benefit of the doubt to this pharmacy.
The first run in was to pick up a topical cream. I received a text that it was ready, arrived and was told no prescription was ever submitted and that there wasn’t a prescription version of the topical cream. Returned to the doctor confused, had to pick up the prescription from a different pharmacy. The lanolin that the pharmacist had directed me to was absolutely not what had been prescribed.
The second was to pick up a prescription for my wife. I was told they needed to update her insurance and that there wasn’t time to do it because the line was too long. No other questions. After a half hour I asked how to transfer the prescription to the prospect CVS.
One phone call later I gathered everything I needed, and was taken care of at the service desk in under a minute. Turns out since we have Caremark, that only my wife’s name and date of birth was needed. Which the Cheshire CVS could have done if they’d asked any questions before brushing me aside.

Save yourself the hassle and go to Prospect.

Pharmacy is below par. Its obvious they cant handle the volume. Switched to Rite Aid across the street, doctor accidentally sent the prescription to CVS and they pretty much refused to release it "until its been filled"... wth? The robo calls are annoying. And they dont always have Rx's in stock, they bs you and tell you it will be there tuesday, thursday no response, finally almost a week later they get it. The minute clinic had staffing issues at one point too.

I was there today and the male manager was walking around with his mask off his nose. Then he sneezes, and continues to wear mask off nose while cashiering.

Prices way to high. Pharmacy tries, but I don't think they even understand what they're doing. It's definitely not a place I frequent.

The fridge has been broken for months now, and they haven’t ever cleaned out the fridges from the now expired warm drinks. The self checkout machines are constantly broken. The pharmacy team is constantly changing, and they are very difficult to work with, even my doctor office commented on their lack of understanding for the insurance related issues. They also have a bit of an attitude at the pharmacy, and usually have an extremely long line compared to other pharmacies I visited. CVS is trying too hard in terms of making this a health center/ pharmacy, they should have separate locations that are dedicated to just being a pharmacy. I’ve always had my scripts here, but it’s about time I change to rite aid I suppose. No wonder CVS is closing so many stores and has so many that are outdated inside and out.

Picture attached is of their dirty bathroom, and of course one is out of order!

It takes a lot for me to write a review and even more so to write a negative review. As many reviews before me have said, I have tried to give this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt, but they are horrendous. They call to say scripts are ready, only to come and be told it isn’t ready. The robo calls which I have unsubscribed to countless times, resume every time you refill or get a new script. I’m here for the 3rd time today to get a script I was told would be ready in 20 minutes, 6 hours ago. And now, it’s still not ready! Connie, the head Pharmacist has always been nothing but friendly and helpful but he is only as strong as his weakest link. As others have said this pharmacy either cannot handle the volume or it is not managed well at all. I will be switching to Rite Aid across the street.
