Rite Aid

Riteaid continues to be our pharmacy of choice as it provides a friendly atmosphere where we can receive great customer service and always count on getting our up to date immunizations administered by great pharmacists.

Rite Aid makes getting my medications so easy and everyone is so friendly. It's sad that after being a customer at CVS / Walgreens / Wal-Mart I felt being treated like garbage was standard for any pharmacy in 2023. It's not. I'll never go anywhere but Rite Aid again for any of my medications. Anyone who has a problem with Rite Aid, in Cheshire especially, should be thankful they have not have experienced how terrible other pharmacies are.

I RECENTLY VISITED THE RITEAIDE IN CHESHIRE CT. AND FOUND THE ASSOCIATES TO BE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE STORE IS IMMACULATE AND WELL ORGANIZED. I WAS PLEASENTLY SURPRISED WHEN BOTH ITEMS I BOUGHT WERE ON SALE SO I MANAGED TO SAVE MONEY TOO. I LOOK FORWARD TO GOING BACK THERE AGAIN SOON!

The Cheshire Rite Aid at 180 Main Street store is always clean and the associates (whether at the front register, stocking isles or in the pharmacy) are happy and helpful. A pleasure to visit.

It is a great store with knowledgeable pharmacists and associates. Contrary to what Google says, they do not carry Dry Ice!

Rite aid fills my prescription and I get a lot more in the store..

In the pharmacy, through the drive-thru, there's this lady with glasses her name is Heidi she is racist/prejudiced against people of color. I went there for my mom's covid test and to pick up my mom's medicine. I had the confirmation number and I was on time. my mom doesn't speak English so I was speaking for her. she saw my mom in a hijab. first, she made a face. she was giving the medicine and she kept saying it was free. (I did not ask a single time how much it cost or anything related/regarding cost). in the beginning, she said she cannot find the confirmation. then I asked her a question afterward she looked up again and then she says the insurance information is not filled in. then I asked her another question I said if it does not filled in how come I got a confirmation? then she came back and she said it was in California. Afterward, she was saying the test request wasn't fulfilled she suggests I call the covid test provider.
like literally she basically decided that she won't give me that covid test.
Rite Aid please take action this is not acceptable I would be happy to give you more information if needed.

Went into this store today to look for 5 items. Asked one of the associates for help and he tried to help me out but wasn’t able to. He got one of the managers on duty to help me out. The manager came down from his little office area asked what I was looking for and I told him I was looking for a specific vitamin. He points to the back corner of the store where all the vitamins are and says “they are back there”. I told him I looked for them and couldn’t find them, so instead of coming to help me look he proceeds to go back up into his office. There was not a single customer in the store except for me. What has happened to customer service in some of these stores? Needless to say I will not return to this store.
