We just purchased a car at Richard Chevrolet through Francine and had a great experience. She was attentive and helpful with all of our needs so we could get the car home as soon as possible. During our first appointment to test drive the car we didn't have child care so our two little toddler girls had to come along. The whole staff was accommodating and went out of their way to help distract the kids, offering coloring pages and crayons and just being so friendly with them. Matt and Elissa were super friendly and helpful. I started with Matt, but Elissa was able to step in on Matt’s day off, then Matt finished up. Delivered the exact car I wanted, and worked with me to make sure I got the rate I was looking for. Matt made sure the car was great shape when I picked it up, and Elissa even brought it to my mechanic for him to take a look before I purchased it. My Sales rep was Anthony and this was the easiest purchase of a truck I have ever had. I’m 65 and have purchased many cars and this was by far the best. The truck was fueled, cleaned and ready for my arrival, Anthony setup my phone and OnStar and went through some of the trucks other systems. Richard Chevy offered a very fair trade in offer for my truck. I came from Long Island which is a 2.5 hr drive to the dealership after unsuccessful attempts on the Island to negotiate and purchase a Silverado 2500. My wife and I will return when it’s time to get a new car for her. It’s worth the trip to Richard Chevy and ask for Anthony!

Francine was amazing! Not only did she thoroughly go through the best options for my budget, she allowed me to test-drive my top choices and offered great suggestions. She was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable about buying a car from a dealer. This being my first time, I was more than pleased with her customer service and attentiveness to my needs and wants in a vehicle.

Recently purchased a truck from here and the process was flawless. My salesman, Matt Biondo answered all my questions and was proud to sell me my car. He never pushed me or forced me to put down deposits and even showed me other options at the dealership in my price range. Keith in Service was excellent to work with. He set expectations that were met around timing, etc. and kept me up to date with progress. I am very pleased with the Service writers at Richards. Unfortunately, I need to return the vehicle for something not done correctly with the repair but here again, Keith gave me exceptional Customer Service to help remedy a situation outside of his control.

Jim K was the MAN. Extremely great person to work with. He got me a great price on a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali. He is beyond genuine and I truly felt taken care of through the entire process(which I did not make easy on him). If you go here, Jim K is the man to speak to!
