Dental Arts of Vernon

By far the best experience I have had with a dentist office. For many years I had doctors who were just using shame and intimidation to try to get me to do the best thing. At this practice, the office staff were professional, kind, welcoming and quality. They helped me understand what was going on, why, and what the possible (and recommended) treatments were moving forward. They had staff actively working with insurance companies to make sure you understood what was covered and your commitments. They provide payment plans. The dentist I saw (Dr. Robles) and the tech were wonderful, kind, informative, encouraging. I left excited about the future of my smile and treatment plan to get me there! The only challenge, a bit of disconnect/misunderstanding/communication issues which is minimal overall. So happy to have found them!

I had a great experience. Mildred is wonderful. She's very pleasant and always let me know what she's doing. She always asking if I was doing ok.

I had a toothache and they booked me an appointment in less than an hour. The office is beautiful and the staff are incredibly kind and understanding. My dentist made sure I was comfortable and calm and explained everything she was doing. Highly recommend this place!

Staff at reception is friendly, helpful with providing appointments that work with your schedule without seeming inconvenienced. Hygienist and also Dr. Maiary are great at making the most anxious of patients comfortable, laugh, and help to explain process/what to expect 1st. Been treating with them for years (adults and kids) and we are so happy to have them for our dental care.

The facility was beautiful, and handicap accessible. I am in a power chair, and I had no problem getting around inside the building. The reception staff were gracious professionals. When I fell asleep in the waiting room, they ignored my snoring. Fortunately I was assigned Dr. Flor Robles and her assistant, who knew her stuff. Dr. Robles extracted my tooth with the greatest of ease. She is the consummate professional, who is kind and well-versed in her profession. I went to Dental Arts of Vernon today to get my Cleaned. Mildred did a wonderful job. She was pleasant and professional and knew her job perfectly. Also, the ladies at their front desk - as usual - were helpful and kind and knew their job perfectly. So again, I’m going to exhort you to go to the Dental Arts of Vernon because they are a fantastic group of professional people.

Very pleasant atmosphere. First experience with cleaning with water! Liked the hygienist's manner and touch very much. She concentrated on coffee and tea stains, which I appreciated. My mouth has never felt so clean!

Always a great experience whenever I go. Ladies in the front, the hygienist and provider are always a pleasure. Thank you for always being so kind and making the experience pleasurable.

Very organized and friendly front desk staff. The person that answered the phone when I first called the office was so helpful and professional. Upon walking in the office the ladies are welcoming. They also made sure to call my insurance and checked to see what was covered and what isn’t. I appreciated this so much because I am so busy I don’t even have the time to do this and they did for me. I think this is so important because in the past I have had terrible experiences where the dentist office claimed that they called my insurance company and they didn’t I would receive an unexpected bill. My dentist was very thorough. The nurse that did my X-rays was so kind. Lastly the hygienist was so thorough and so patient.

The staff and dentists at Dental Arts of Vernon are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They put you at ease while you’re in the chair and talk you through each procedure. They give follow up advice. I would recommend them highly.

Had a follow up appointment today with the same spectacular results. I only wish Dr. Maiary had been my dentist during my younger years when my fear of dentist was developing (partly because bad experiences in the chair). She’s not only a great dentist but her bedside manner is top shelf. She made me feel comfortable with the experience and checked on me often during it. Who wants to have a root canal done? No one… but if you need one I highly recommend Dental Arts of Vernon!

Had an appointment to continue my dental plan outlined with Dr. Maiary with positive results! She continues to make me comfortable with her patience with my discomfort/apprehensiveness, in fact those words do not apply with Dental Arts of Vernon. I wish I had known her 15 years ago!! I’m sure I wouldn’t need as much work had she been my dentist years ago. Long story short, I HIGHLY recommend Dental Arrs of Vernon! I won’t be going anywhere else for sure!!

Friendly staff, the place is very clean and nicely decorated. Took my toddler for a cleaning for the first time, and it was a great experience. Can’t recommend it enough!

Very nice staff. My six month cleaning was excellent, when she rinsed my mouth I didn't get all wet in the face! I liked that she explained each step she was doing. Not only did she remind me to properly floss and brush but she showed me as she did it! Great time getting teeth cleaned. With this type of care I would like to come every three months😁

As a new patient I’m more than happy with my experience. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming, and the service was effortless. I appreciate my Dentist Flor, she’s a great listener and made me feel more at ease regardless of my past experiences in the dental industry thus far. I finally feel I’m on the right path.

Everyone was so friendly and nice. I felt such a warm accommodation, the young lady that did my cleaning did a perfect job, she was so thorough and she was her hands before starting 😱 yes, you heard me right she washed her hand very good and with soap too! 😁 And the Doctor did also. This may sound corny, but it very important to me. And the Doctor she was very nice, she explained everything so well and in specific details. You can just tell that she knows her job and is very much passionate about it. The ladies at the front desk is super nice and will call your insurance company to get you the right Information in regards to your copay balance, etc. I am definitely recommending everyone to this dental office period!! Thanks for the quality of service, I sincerely appreciate that you guys care. Continue the good work and please do not changed anything only if it's more better 😊

Dental hygienist Eugene was through & didn't hurt. I had a lot of plaque build up. Dentist N. Maiary came in & talked to me & suggested plan of action. Thanks

Mix of anxiety and time kept me away for some time, however the prices here was painless and reassuring.

THE BEST. I have the most sensitive gums on the planet. Always hate going to the dentist. Finally I have found the place! They made sure I was totally comfortable. Felt absolutely no pain at all!
