I do not recommend renting space here!! There is an online promotion that says "1st month rent $1.00". But that is a fraud. In reality, you only get the number of days left in that calendar month from the date of your rental for that $1.00. So, if your lease starts on the 21st of the month, you will only pay $1.00 then, but on the 1st of the month (10 days later), you'll be charged for a whole month's rent. Also, currently you can only get into your unit during business hours from 9-5:30 Mon.-Sat., and not at all on Sundays. And right now, anyone can walk into the facility through the loading doors. There is no code securing them. Also, each unit only has flimsy bailing wire for ceilings, so anyone could cut the wire, and get into other people's units. Also, it would be possible for rodents/bed bugs, etc. to travel between units. Doug, the Manager acted like a real jerk to me!! Kiara, the Assistant Manager is lovely, and very helpful.
