I've been going to ShopRite for about a year now. I previously was shopping at Aldi and Big y. I like ShopRite better, they have great prices, a clean store and helpful staff. Even their non-sale items are a better price than the competition.

Great experience, digitally loaded the sale items and breezed through. The cashier was helpful and friendly. The store was clean and will be back.
11/04/23 I came to buy some items including sweet potatoes which were on sale for .79/lb. After paying for my groceries I noticed I was charged for Red Potatoes which were considerably more in price. The cashier should have known the difference and I was off to the courtesy booth for a refund of the difference, not happy.

Cleaner than other local stores. Good pharmacy staff. During the last open hour the main entry is closed, you must enter through the exit door. Regular prices are above average but sales are often great. Good deli, good house brand Black Bear. I go often and never spent long in line at the registers. Overall better than the larger competitors.

We are from PA and they don't have stores that clean and pristine! Well kept and the selection was amazing. Priced well. Beer available along w grocery. One stop shop. Lovely older ladies at the register just reminded me of a good old small town. Thank u!

I love this store! Very clean, organized, no B's. I stop in after a semi long bus ride around twice a month. The people are truly happy to be there, the crew and shoppers. Their store markdown area has a lot of surprises.

This is a very nice ShopRite. Inviting and clean entrance, sleek and well positioned displays, plentiful selections, spacious yet smaller compact floor plan. The setup of the aisles is strange with the food/grocery aisles in the back of the store, with a break in the middle and the health and beauty/general merchandise aisles in front. The prices are always fair at ShopRite. You will always find better deals here than other large competitors. Wish a location would come to Newington. The checkout experience was good. Nice cashier.

I have been ordered groceries for pick up for a couple years and the service is amazing! My order is always correct, it is brought out within minutes of my arrival and 100% of the time the employees are friendly. Thank you!!

Oh no. I posted a review for the plaza just moments ago. It was fiction. I wrote about leaving with 3 ladies. I have a wife. I have to remind myself that I'm no longer in that kids basement playing waw while he hits on his cousin. I wish I never wrote that review. Anyway here's the real review: It was good. Very good

I go out of my way to come to this Vernon store. Sure it's brand new, but it's the people that make the extra 10 mins worth it. Everyone is so nice it's happy go lucky, they are calm and pleasant, and not only help the customer but helps each associate out as well. It's a breath of fresh air coming here. Seafood guy is always nice and gives good recommendations and the front end makes you feel like you just left that corner mom and pop store. 🙂

I absolutely 💯% love shopping at Shop Rite in Vernon. The store is clean, the staff especially Deli, Pre-made food department, Bakery, meat department and produce are so friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work.

Self checkout machine ate my $20 bill on a $2.48 purchase, the machine didn't even register that I had put a $20 bill in. When the customer service employee came over and pressed refund, it spit out $1 and some change! I of course was upset and asked if there were cameras to prove I had put the $20 bill in but the two customer service employees that I spoke to helped me immediately and gave me the money back! It was my last $20 so I can't tell you how much it meant to me that they were so willing to help and didn't treat me like a criminal. Weird freak events of all kinds have happened to me throughout my life and I can't tell you how many times I wasn't believed and treated like I was doing something wrong or like I'm a criminal. I'm sorry I didn't get the names of the two gentlemen employees that helped me but thank you so much guys 😊

Shop Rite of Vernon is something new to try for going an real grocery store. On March 8th, I was there for Grand Opening Day with my family for the grocery needs. But, This place have an brand new interior with every departments and selections (meat, deli, and others), an cafe, checkout station with cashiers, and other things to do while I was at Vernon ShopRite. Also, the grocery store prices aren't really bad as well. After that, the atmosphere looks great as an brand new grocery store location. I'm very thrilled and very surprised for seeing an new ShopRite location in my hometown (much closer from my house) right after Price Chopper was closed down a year ago. This is worth exploring with all of the goods for the needs of an grocery store especially for home stuff.

A big thank you to Madeline for going above and beyond! This review is more about some GREAT customer service at store location 350! Lost a very important key and she went above and beyond (and quite diligently and patiently I might add) to find it! Can thank you enough!!

Love shop rite!.they need to have a way to announce the numbers when waiting in the deli, I waited 10 mins and missed them calling the number, I was sitting on the bench and didn't hear them call the number nor did my 14 year old son or not too mention people that just chose too jump in front of us that showed up while we had been sitting at the bench ! I guess they thought we were just hanging out in a grocery store.. haha
