Let me start by saying this is the best experience with tailoring a suit I’ve ever had. I just moved back to CT and happen to find Ken’s online and I’m glad I did. I had ordered a suit and needed work done to it for a wedding very last minute. They got me in the same day I called to measure the jacket and pants. I only had six days for them to finish and they said it might be five days. I stopped in on day five just to check and they were still working on it which was understandable and definitely nothing to complain about. But he went above and beyond apologizing for it not being done and even offered to drop it off at my house as soon as it was ready because that’s just the outstanding customer service they are willing to give you. I declined as it was completely unnecessary and had another day to pick it up anyways, but I appreciated the gesture. They had it finished when I arrived the next day and everything was absolutely perfect with the suit and looked great. If you need a trustworthy tailor that gives you a phenomenal experience I would highly recommend giving them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing customer service! From the start of the process down to the very last minute of returning my tux! Very important wedding to attend and Ken’s clothier really delivered! Very comfortable and affordable selection im a larger person about 6’7 and usually I have a problem with these kinds of things! Again thank you Ken’s clothier for being such great help and welcoming through my experience! Would recommend for sure returning for the next 3 weddings this year!

Best experience!! When your son decides 8 days before prom that he wants to go and you’re wondering if there’s any way to get a tux in on time…come to Kens!! We showed up on Tuesday and we had the tux in our hands literally two days later! Talk about excellent customer service!! Also, the fit of the tux was absolutely perfect. My son is slim and this tux fit him perfectly! We had a great experience!! Definitely a 10 star rating!!

Ken's Clothiers & Custom Tailors is the best Tailor in the area! Don't waste your time going any where else for a Tux, Suit or Tailor! The Manager/ Tailor, Nick was a great guy, extremely knowledgeable, and showed genuine enthusiasm for my big day. I wanted a very specific style of tux and Nick pulled it off perfectly, my groomsman and me have never looked better thanks to Nick's tailoring skills. Nick was fantastic- professional and an expert in his line of work! I needed a last minute suit for my husband - who was not available to come shop for a suit, and he is a difficult size to fit.
I gave Nick my husband height and weight - showed him a picture of my husband I together - to help him understand my husbands size. We found a suit - he hemmed the pants to what he believed who be appropriate.
That night I had my husband try the suit on after work….PERFECT!! And he looked Great in it!!! Thank you Nick !!

I’ve had them do lounge pants, dungarees, casual slacks and dress pants, all right to my specifications and looking like they came off the rack that way

I also bought a suit from them and it was tailored perfectly to my size so that it was as comfortable as if I was walking around in pajamas.

Will go there for all my needs from now on.

Needed a pair of pants for a Baptism, they had me measured and out the door within 30 minutes. Great service!

This place is great. I needed a suit in a hurry for a black tie wedding. I have a few suits already, but nothing really nice enough for the occasion. Nick was awesome. He helped me find a great looking 3-piece suit, and tailored it by the next day. He even came in on his day off to make sure I’d have it for the event. I would strongly recommend checking it out for any formalwear.

My fiancé needed a tux for a wedding that we had less than a week away. Ken and his staff went out of their way to express ship us the suit in the color we wanted. They also tailored it for us the day before the wedding. They did a fantastic job. We will definitely be returning!

If I could give this store 10 stars i would. Nick did an amazing job for my wedding last weekend. He was accommodating in opening his store on a weekend for all the groomsmen to come in, and he had all of the tux’s done beautifully for our groomsmen. Our wedding color was ice blue and we wanted a medium gray colored suit- Ken’s Clothier’s has unlimited options and they were so well made and affordable!! My husband decided to buy his suit and it couldn’t have been more perfect for our wedding day.

Nick recently helped my family rent tuxedos for an upcoming black tie wedding. He was extremely professional from the moment we walked in to the store. Nick showed us several options for the tuxedo rentals and discussed which one would be most appropriate look for what we were looking for. I recently picked up my tuxedo rental and Nick made sure it looked and fit appropriately before I left the store. Thanks Nick for making the process so easy!

Nick is absolutely wonderful! I’ve had my three sons all get their prom tuxedos here, and have always had a great experience from beginning to end. He also happily agreed to help Oxford High School with their prom fashion show. From the minute I spoke with him on the phone, he was so friendly, and willing to do whatever we needed. His customer service is unparalleled. He has a wide variety of tuxes to choose from, and is great at knowing what will look good on someone. He generously donated 10 tuxedos (and said he would donate more; as many as we needed) and took the time to fit all the boys and make sure they were happy. I HIGHLY recommend this place!! A+++++

I went to Ken's to purchase my wedding suit after being tired of the national chains.

Nick lent his expertise and helped me find the perfect suit.

What separated Ken's from other places I've shopped is Nick's passion and guidance. I know nothing about fashion and Nick was able to help me find what I liked and what I was comfortable with. For example, I thought a flat black tie would be nice but Nick suggested a textured tie. It's a subtle change, but to me, it made a difference in how I looked on my wedding day.

With Nick's help I purchased a second suit that fit my budget. If you're within driving distance there is no where else you should be purchasing suites. No one else will give you the time or personal attention.

So I went to Kens to order a tuxedo for my wedding and I had an absolutely great experience. All of the tailoring was done extremely well and to exactly what I asked for. Not only that, but they will also guide you in the best direction.

I even decided to switch my tuxedo shirt to a normal shirt for tie, after all of the alterations were done. He didn't even charge me for the new shirt, he let me exchange the shirts free of charge, even after it was tailored. What makes my experience even better, he had the new shirt ready and tailored by the next day!

I recommend Kens to anyone with my eyes closed, even for any time of tailoring work.. Not only that, but their prices are very reasonable.

Just got married this past weekend and went with Kens for the tuxes. Nick did an amazing job helping me pick out the right style, communication was great we texted when needed, that was very helpful in the long run. When we went to pick up the tuxes the cuffs on the jacket on my dads tux was a bit long and nick went right to work shortening them right there within 5 minutes. Very glad I went with Kens, my groomsmen and myself looked really sharp.

I walked in and was immediately greeted with hospitality. Nick helped me with all my needs for me and my fiancé’s upcoming wedding. The suit was a great fit and he even through in a alteration on my wife’s dress that was needed last minute for a very kind price. 10/10 will be back for all of my suited needs.

I recently stopped by kens to get measured for a tuxedo for a wedding in Chicago.The staff at kens measured me and had me try on a few jackets to make sure I was comfortable with the fit. They provided me with a great service at No charge. The staff is top notch and I will be back. Thanks to the staff.

What a fabulous place, the owner Nick goes above and beyond. Kens recently donated a dozen tuxedos to the OHS prom fashion show. He made sure the students were fitted in a variety of colors and styles. He was kind and respectful to the students and came to the event. We appreciate the time and effort Nick took to support our community, I highly recommend Ken's clothing for tuxedo rentals.

Recently bought a suit from Macy's. The pants needed altering. Nick at Ken's provided great service. He offered expert advice and I was pleased with the altered pants. As it turns out, Nick offers the same suit as I bought at Macy's and his price is competitive and that's with free altering. He also offers custom shirts and some great looking accessories. My next suit will be from Ken's!
