Angel is amazing! He is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If anyone needs a mattress, I highly recommend him! He’s a great person too. I would rate him a 10 not a 5.

David helped my husband and I pick out a mattress and adjustable bed frame. He was very informative and never put any pressure on us to make a decision right away. David helped us figure out best type of mattress for our sleeping styles and walked us through the process of purchasing - as well as explaining the promotions and sales that were going on. Definitely recommend shopping here for anyone.

My wife and I went to Mattress Firm in the East Brook Mall on 8/22. Our salesman Angel was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the right mattress. He was very patient because it took us a while to find the right one, as we layed on nearly half the beds in the store! I will be shopping here again in the future and recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress.

David was fantastic!!! We were super indecisive, and he had no problem lugging around the twin mattresses to try. Highly recommend!

Mattress firm keeps records. We bought a really great mattress 8 to 9 years ago. I wanted the same thing in a twin and Angel, my friendly and efficient, salesman found what we got and made my order. Mattress Firm has NEVER let me down.

We walked in today to purchase 3 mattresses for our home and Angel was phenomenal. Amazing customer service and extremely knowledgeable. We spent exactly what we wanted and even got some other great deals! We highly recommend Mattress Firm at the Eastbrook Mall and please do yourself a favor and ask for Angel. You can thank me later!

Brought elderly mom in to purchase a new bed. Our salesperson was Dave. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also patient and kind as we were slightly undecicive. We did end up purchasing a bed and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Sales guy was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, which helped us find exactly what we want. They have a good number of good quality beds that you can try, with a variety of styles across a broad range of prices. I originally went in with the intention to buy a more economical Nectar mattress and ended up getting the Temperpedic thanks to a sale they had a 0% interest deal lol. Never thought I'd be excited to buy a mattress but here we are

I went in today with my daughter and I honestly had a pleasant experience. We were greeted by Eric who was extremly knowledgeable about all products. I did not feel pressured nor obligated to purchase anything and the energy from Eric stayed the same from beginning to end( mind you I was there for a long time). Eric instantly knew which options were best for me based on my sleeping positions and back issues. I highly recommend checking them out. I can't wait to go back to compete my purchase.

PS- Mattress Firm, you have the name of the mall in Willimantic/Mansfield incorrect on your website. It’s not Brookfield Mall, it’s East Brook Mall

I recommend ahopping at the Matress Firm at the Brookfield Mall for an easy and stress free shopping experience. Make sure you ask for either David or Angel, they made our shopping very easy by explaining each mattress feature, and respecting our price point we wanted to spend. This was a second purchase for me, and Dave & Angel managed to save us some bonus discounts with zero interest on our monthly payment. If you're considering a new bed, give this place a try.

Store is at Eastbrook Mall, not Brookfield Mall.
David was an excellent sales person. Knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. I am very happy about my purchase and will return to that store, and to David, next time I want to make a mattress purchase.

We went out today with just the idea to walk the mall and window shop. We walked into the Mattress Firm store just to browse. But I fell in love with a mattress that was way out of my price range. As we tried mattresses, Lynn was asking questions and she was so easy to talk to. I don't like pushy, salesy people. Lynn actually made the visit very comfortable. I didn't feel pressured and I didn't feel like a sale. While talking to her, she helped us find a better deal on a mattress that was more in my price range. Thank you Lynn for your outstanding service. You were friendly, knowledgeable, and you helped us make a well informed decision. I can't wait to get my new bed! Definitely check out this place!
