Great place for a quick lunch! Service was phenomenal. We got seated immediately and the food was delicious. You can tell the fries were recently made because they were hot and fresh. The September Margarita was more than I expected… The best thing was that it’s only $6 all day. Will definitely go back!

Food,service, atmosphere was amazing. Our server LEXI was friendly, kind and patient. She didn't rush us to order. Our food was fresh and great. Thank you. CANT WAIT To come BACK.

Great service food was great, except the chilli was too salty, which the waitress had warned me about, and I still took it and a house salad with balsamic dressing. The salad was great. The chilli was more than a little salty it was super salty. The waitress asked if I would like something else instead but know how to cook a little bit or at least blend spices somewhat, I asked for more balsamic dressing, to put into the chilli, this took care of the over salted ness, still slight hint of salty to it but it was bearable. Then my entree was the Cajun chicken pasta, which was done excellently. The sauce was a very well put together sauce that wasn't watery and had a Cajun taste to it, my opinion could use just a bit more but otherwise still very good. Then for dessert I had a molten cake with ice cream topping and caramel drizzle. This was delicious the cake was warmed but not enough to melt the ice cream at a fast rate, in my eyes and tastes bud this was delicious. Thank you for the good dinner, truly appreciate it.

My waiter was wonderful. She did everything she was supposed to. It was the kitchen who undercooked my friend's Burger after she explicitly told them. 2 make it well done, even showed us on our receipt.
So the service. Three stars are for the kitchen other than that great time

If you order online for curbside I would advise you to go through the order before you leave. Better yet dine it. Than the order won’t be messed up. Other than that it’s a great place to eat!! Get the 3 for $10.99

Stopped here for dinner on 7/6/2021 but the location was closed. They were however, open for online orders for delivery. The food was prepared and delivered within the time frame indicated. The portions were huge as well and the prices were very low. I was just thankful that they delivered in a snow storm as I was stranded in the Hyatt Place hotel nearby. The sliders which are called big mouth bites are so yummy! The ribs and chicken were tender and juicy. The sides were ample. The coleslaw tasted too strongly of mayo, but everything else was really great!

Very good selection of american food. Overall good experience! I had the smoked combo and it was tasteful! The grilled corn was awesome.

This resturant was clean and well organized. All people were seated socially distanced away from other customers. Our waitress was wonderful. She was on top of refills without any of us asking, and the food was brought out quickly with no mistakes made. I got the honey chipotle crispy chicken crispers which were deliciously sweet and spicy as always. I also got queso and chips. The chips were not greasy and the queso was hot and fresh. Our waitress wished us a happy halloween and was extremely inviting. Chili's can expect me to be coming back very soon for there tasty, inexpensive Tex-Mex cuisine and outstanding customer service.

Incredible dining experience at this Chilis thanks to Molly our waitress!!!! Give her a raise, she was amazing! So friendly and accommodating... so kind and helpful with making suggestions for our dietary restrictions. She came back to check on us a time or two and made sure to give us refills and anything else needed. This excellent service was really appreciated, considering we were celebrating a birthday. Food itself was great, and I put their rewards offers to the test to get a free chips and salsa appetizer (which was delish!). Overall 5 star experience!! I recommend!

I Came here on 8/6 around 9pm and was helped by Danielle! She was amazing! Her customer service 10/10! She was not only helping all the tables, but also bartending at the same time. She was very attentive & checked on us multiple times even while being super busy managing everything. Very friendly and upbeat! I wish everyone could give the customer service she gave. Thanks for everything!

Me and my 4 family members dined in at your restaurant this Saturday after not having the greatest of experiences in the past at the Lisbon and New London chilis :( My family and I were pleasantly surprised with how our visit went. We were greated by a friendly male host that asked if we would like to sit in the bar or dining area which we opted to sit in the bar area (we like watching sports) We waited maybe only 3 or 4 minutes before our server jessy greeted us and asked if we would like to start off with a margarita. We Love your monthly margaritas so me and my husband got 1of your and it was very tasty- not overly sweet which was nice. Our server was very sweet, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and it actually seemed like she really enjoyed her job. The appetizers came out very quickly and ALL the meals were perfect-not one thing was missing down to the extra dipping sauces we asked for (which never happens) the dinners was hot, tasty and cooked perfect. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this visit. This is definitely our new go to chilis. Thanks for the great service and food. SEE YOU SOON

Great food and even better service. Actually, the service is better. Every time we go there our servers are amazing. Sweet and friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is fast and always perfect. Highly recommended.

The server arrived at the table promptly and took our order. The wait for the food was minimal. Food came out quick, hot, delicious, and filling.

I had fajitas and they were really hot, and good. My husband had chicken chips and fries. He was less than thrilled. They used to be batter dipped and are now breaded. Just not as good. Still it was hot, good and filling.

Chilli's is amazing all their staff is wonderful I forgot my servers name I think it starts with a B forgive me but he was amazing and so funny money was tight unfortunately I wasn't able to tip him. He deserves a raise and promotion. I hope he moves up the ladder. Anyways the food is outta this world and the prices are reasonable I highly recommend them.

Always a good relaxing time for a date,grabbing a drink at the bar,watching sports or takeout. Foods good,nice selection, friendly wait staff.

I love the foods and able to enjoy the services they provide me while I was dine in. Live the waitress^^ . Especially it was my 34th birthday I would definitely recommend this restaurant and other branch. Thank you

Outstanding service as always. My family and I always enjoy coming here to dine! Our server Gilbert always goes above and beyond to make sure we are walking out of here happy! There needs to be more people that are as kind and caring as Gilbert is with us. Will be visiting again soon!
