McDonald's

Me and the hubby came through the drive thru and ordered. we got all the way back to our hotel room just to realize they had forgotten our fish sandwiches. So we called the store and went back. No questions asked they replaced the whole order, apologized for the inconvenience, and we left.

It IS A MIRACLE!!! I found a McDonald's where the employees are hard working, respectful, friendly, and actually cared about making sure that my order is done exactly how I wanted it, and done quickly as well. I was very impressed and I would like to thank all the employees that we're working 11/19/23 second shift. Great job!!!

Nice spot for a morning coffee before hitting the gym. Fun folks to talk to and staff are very friendly. Service has stepped it up a notch in the last few months. You can tell they're putting more effort into it.

The employees at this McDonald’s went above and beyond. Always smiling and greeting you as-well as apologizing for some food being late. Fast food places get very busy so being patient with the employees is always a must and in general as they have just as it even more stress when trying to get food out to the customer. The employees shouldn’t apologize for the food being late since the food has to be cooked (obviously) and are ensuring that the food is consumable and perfect.

Fast and friendly service. Food was hot and fresh. Brand new McDonald's. You can order and pay from the new digital order station. No waiting at the front counter.

SO...Most McDonald's restaurants have decent Drive-Through Service...THIS particular McDonald's has surpassed my expectations! Their Drive-Through Service is EXCELLENT, they are friendly, kind, & courteous, and they genuinely CARE about getting your Order out, correctly, and on-time! This Staff is WONDERFUL! Keep up the outstanding work, Folks! I will, DEFINITELY, be returning, to this McDonald's, in the near future...I will ALSO recommend this McDonald's, to all of my friends, & family! Keep the Fries hot, and the Smiles comin'!

I've, personally, never had an issue at this location. Building is fairly clean, service is fast, and I'm a sucker for their food.

Can't beat sausage McGriddles for a cheap, tasty breakfast

Close to home an always fresh, plus my doggie loves the occasional chicken nuggets

Their drive up service is very fast and efficient. I stop for coffee some mornings and although the line can be long they move the customers thru quickly. Every employee I have encountered has been friendly.

I highly recommend use the app if you want to get good deals. The service is very good in this restaurant

Maybe the best McDonald's that I have ever been to. They repeated my order to me at the register drive thru window. Bag handed to me with complex order as soon as I arrived at the second window. I have NEVER given a McDonald's review before.

Wonderful renovated interior and ordering options. Parking lot layout is odd with the remodel, awkward do not enter sections. Staff are very polite and kind - and orders are processed quite quickly for a McDonald's.

McDonald's is always a place to go to for a filling meal or snack. People, don't go there and expect white glove service. It's not a Michelin started restaurant. What it IS though is a fast, friendly place that's always there for hungry people. The people who work there work VERY hard, we should all respect that.

Cashier that took our order had excellent customer service! Got everything we ordered the way we ordered it on the first try and it was fast too! Great visit!

I visited Mcdonalds in Lisbon. There are 2 drive thru lanes. They are always polite especially crow and steven...they are so personable and polite. Sometimes takes a while to get through drive through, but my order has always been right and food hot.

Awesome managers and workers..very friendly and fast! My food is always fresh!

Now 6 stars now, after Ubereats, doordash, Grubhub, delivery to your doors, just order with your phone, and asked to deliver near by address of any building, faster to get food then line-up Drive thru.
