Big beautiful place. Showers are small. Large amount of parking for trucks in the back. Long walk. Not really a pilot

I rated place 5 star , but a young, skinny male who was there looked like he did not like me at all .be honest, I drove 40 miles to take a shower there .that young man tries to ignore me ,like " shower is not available for 50 minutes, I said ok. He said we do not accept pilot reward card , I said paying cash , finally he said you have to take diesel and truck should be here ...I said look like you don't like me ,because 7 am and busy shower , ......finally he said I do not sale you nothing ". What should I say? OK, sir, thanks ,then drive another pilot. I don't say anything because for almost 30 years, I have been in business, and customer service should be done by code, not a personal attitude.

Easy access from I 95. Parking for semi on the back lot. Clean bathroom and convenient store.

They have everything including Sabarro. Bathrooms are clean

Finally a Pilot i can give a 5 star rating. The employees are amazing. The one guy there went out of his way for me several times while i was experiencing a problem with my truck. I was there quite a while and all the staff was very accommodating

American Mexican food and Sbarro pizza 6 showers . 200 Truck parking spot .

I liked the fact that this gas station/truck stop had a few places to eat from inside and that the truck parking was in the rear behind a line of trees. Made it very quiet even though the trucks were idling. Got some real good sleep at this location.

Large parking area way back away from everything provides a quiet sleep time usually… it’s an older stop that’s been remodeled. Fuel islands are clean and well lit; the back lot where trucks are able to park is dark, surrounded by trees without lot lights.

1st time here. CT/RI State Line. Convenient location! Clean restaurants, very friendly and helpful staff. They sell Pilot fuel and have all amenities needed.They have a large store with variety between truck stop and travel plaza. Tons of truck parking. Pilot could help out this beautiful dealer store by updating pumps with DEF. Truck lot needed lots of TLC but personally saw what bordered on abuse and vandalism? by truckers. Lot attendants short staffed but what can you do? I blame Covid and unemployment checks! Truckers be self conscious! Discipline yourselves and keep your trash or dispose of properly! Keep this great truck/ plaza going strong! We will see the fruit of our own actions good or bad down the road.😷

Had a very comfortable stay for two days. Saw a show , enjoyed the pool and whirlpool also played Bingo. Food was excellent. Needed a cart to get around. Casino extremely large. All and all enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff. They aim to please.

This a great place to stop for all your travel needs!!! Nice for truckers and regular travelers...nice friendly staff, delicious food, and clean bathrooms. It's well lit and always feel safe. Our favorite place to stop on the road to NY.

This place is an interesting stop, even if you aren't a "real trucker". I move cars around, or an occasional Chinese truck(won ton). It has lots of stuff available that would be important if you practically live in your vehicle as truck ers do. Fireworks (legal in CT) Nathan's hot dogs, spooky looking fake pets (easy to care for) you can take a shower and wash your clothes there too. Buy a colorful blanket for ten bucks, or a hooded pull over. Worth a look for sure. I do some Christmas shopping there.

Very clean,very polite staff and even the the slice of pizza I grabbed while I was there was actually very good and fresh. Thank you for providing travelers with such a delightful place to stop and fill up both car and belly.

First time visit, but won't be my last. Besides the great comfort food it was just fun.

Great truck stop. If you're traveling thru Ct, right on the RI/CT border. Next major truck stop is exit 5 in RI.

Has many food, beverages, and grocery items. Also stocked with typical truck stop items.

Lady in store very nice ,a couple of pumps were shut down then I went to back and seen how drivers tore it up ,just like they tore up pumps during covid scare in every truck stop ,I do miss the old sea food restaurant ,I dont blame you for not fixing ,the world today is angry ,lovers of self
