Mackenzie was extremely understanding and went ( what I think) was the extra steps to make sure I ended up with an electric range I was happy with, even if it took me a few tries. The delivery team was great, timely and professional, I will say that it impressed me when he took a level out of his back pocket to check my new range. Keith’s Appliances genuinely wants to see you happy with your final decision.

I needed a new dishwasher and was unhappy with my last one that was a Fridgedaire. The panel started going at less than 2 years old and where I got it did nothing to help so I wanted a new place. I heard Keiths advertised on the radio and decided to try them. So far I am very happy. The install was super quick. I bought a Bosch 300 series. Its amazing!

We had a fridge delivered and the experience was great. Received notification and tracking so we knew exactly when to expect it to show up. Ryan and Nick were professional and the service they provided was outstanding, from removing our old fridge, to install, making sure it was level and that we were aware of all the options available. I will definitely recommend Keith's for all your appliance needs.

Keith's appliance was just what I was looking for, a hometown appliance dealer that services what they sell. The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. The selection was ample. I got a great deal on a state of the art refrigerator. Except for my outdated plumbing issue, the sale, delivery and install went perfectly. I will and already have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

We love our Frigidaire 3 drawer refrigerator that we purchased from Keith's, but the lower ice maker stopped working while under warranty. It turns out it was a recall. Frigidaire replaced it, but their tech. was a 3 time no show and hours on hold with customer service. Keith's stepped in and sent their service tech., David. Their automatic customer service kept us informed with reminders about David's arrival. A real plus! We needed two more replacements until the third ice maker is now working perfectly. Keith's never hesitated to keep working on the problem until it was resolved. David was determined to fix it and he did it in a considerate and professional way.

Best place to buy all your appliances!! We have bought our stove, small refrigerator for our basement, front loader washer and dryer with the pedestals and we gifted our son and daughter-in-law with a new refrigerator and stove. Best customer service! I highly recommend them!! You will not get this service at the big box stores. Ask them about price matching. Ian it was great working with you.

Had a great experience. Had some issue with ordering online and using PayPal. However they called and did it over the phone. The delivery was smooth amd easy. The guys were awesome, and tested everything until they felt it was 100% functional.

After, I did several loads of laundry and the machines work flawlessly. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for a positive experience and helping me get my piled up laundry clean.

I’ve always heard great things about Keith’s Appliances and I decided to find out for myself. My washing machine stopped working and I was done getting it repaired. I told the sales associate Leon what I was looking for, he showed me a couple models, and that was it! Getting it delivered in just a few days! They are friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommend!

Keith's has been phenomenal. When Maytag/Whirlpool sent an oven with the wrong door, twice, Keith's was great and just gave us the next model up, which we are loving, at no extra cost rather than risk a third oven with the wrong door showing up. Then when our new Speed Queen washing machine was spitting suds on the floor they got a tech out same day who verified with me that the machine was bone dry inside the cabinet, so no internal leaks, and ran a test load with me. Turns out, these new machines use way less detergent and we had used too much so suds (but not water) were backing up out of the drain hose. He was so courteous, as were the delivery guys beforehand. I have been a customer service manager before, and this was some of the absolute best service I have ever seen or received. Definitely glad we chose Keith's Appliances for our purchases.

My experience was easy and positive from start to finish, and everybody I interacted with was professional and friendly. We bought a new refrigerator and dishwasher. Our sales person listened to what we wanted and called back with options and a quote ten minutes later. Two days later, our delivery drivers showed up and made sure our order was brought inside carefully, and was defect free. Very happy, glad we went with the local company rather than a big box store. I’m confident if any problems arise, they will address them without hassle.

Keith's managed to fit my dryer delivery into a busy schedule this week which I greatly appreciated. There was a minor issue with the door which the delivery person brought to my attention, noted on the delivery slip and arranged for it to be corrected, still keeping to the same timetable I had. The courtesy and honesty and promptness when an issue is found is why I keep going to Keith's.

Keith’s Appliances offer excellent service and all the name brand appliances. They have an outstanding extended warranty program and professional installers. Their prices can’t be beat. We just bought our 5th appliance from them and plan to upgrade one more this summer.

My salesman, Guy was very knowledgeable about the product, and gave me a generous discount. Delivery was punctual, and by totally experienced employees. Great setup with my new washer and dryer. Will test it out tonight.

Excellent service. Fair pricing. Why buy from a big box store when you can purchase from a local business who will actually help you if you have an issue? Especially because it’s the same price. We’ve had nothing but great experiences and will continue to be loyal customer!

After searching for a dishwasher at the common stores, I decided to try Keith’s. Alex worked with us to find the right dishwasher within our price range and was super knowledgeable about the brands and features. It was a no hassle transaction and we will have a new dishwasher installed within the week! We will be back! Bye Home Depot and Lowe’s!

We recently purchased a new refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Our salesman “Guy”was so helpful, informative and professional. The manufacturer was offering a rebate (whether we purchased there or any of the big box stores), however, Keith’s also offers their own company rebate, so we received 2 rebates and we
saved tons!! It was cheaper to buy from them and support a local business then to buy at a big box store. The delivery men, Nick and Cam, we also professional, thorough and very informative about the appliances. It is hard to find valuable employees nowadays and they are valuable and represent their company well. We will definitely buy all our appliances from them and recommend them to family and friends.

I had a great experience with the delivery of our dryer. The men were so courteous, and very careful with the take away of our dryer and the install of our new dryer.
