Walmart

I love this International Market. The Service, The selection, The Cleanliness, The Seafood Selection alone is unreal, The meat department has everything you can think of. I found the two items that I had been ordering off of Amazon there for a great price.

I had the nicest associate answer the phone and assist me this morning with refilling my prescription. When I went after work to pick up previously mention prescription, he was so friendly and said, “oh I talked to you earlier, I hope you had a good day.”

Quicker check out self serve Wonderful experience. Delivery, I've only had 1 issue and it was taken care of quickly also.

I will say, out of any wal mart I have been to, this one is by far my favorite. I idiotically last minute shopped for an elf on the shelf because ours disappeared lol. After walking around the store for 45 min, I finally decided to ask. Normally I don't because I never get help. I came across an employee named Linda, who WALKED me around the ENTIRE store twice. Just to make sure we didn't miss it. She was very nice, helpful, and fun to talk to. She looked it up, we walked to the spot and it wasn't there. She felt so bad. I had to cash a check and rushed to customer service . Just for a hoot, I asked Melissa if anyone might have returned one. She had literally just arrived to work, but went and vhecked for me. Sadly none. We finish cashing my check, I tell her the whole story, she says, well follow me. It says we have 43 in stocks. She walks me over to where I already checked with Linda, but we crossed paths with VINNY. This man was an absolute Savior. He is head of the items being bought for the online orders I believe? And he made it his duty to find them in the back. He was about to go home, but instead stopped to help me find this thing. Melissa, Linda, and especially Vinny. Thank you guys so much for helping me keep my sanity, and making my daughter the happiest with her elf on the shelf. I really hope you all have a wonderful Christmas. You 3 are what customer service should be about. You were all so kind and just amazing.

I was just there the other day and was pleasantly surprised with how clean and managed this store was. I saw a few long lines begin to form and the management immediately had more cash registers open to help. Very quick and helpful

Stopping at this Walmart location on our way to the Mohegan Sun Arena. It was a very neat, clean and organized location. No matter what aisle you went down everything was in its place. The bathroom was extremely CLEAN it even smelled fresh!!!!

Tiffany was great! Great staff and there was little to no difference in price across the nation.

Same experiences with the Walmart customers. Best place to shop. They have everything.

They have a good selection of items. I usually always find what I'm looking for for a good price.
I was able to get a lot of maternity items there. They have an excellent candle & wax melt section. $3.95 for a candle and $1.10 for some great wax melts, can't go wrong!

Very clean well stocked store, very helpful employees during the day. Someone is always in one of the isles to help if you need it. Not like lisbon it's always so hard to get assistance there. Norwich might be small but it's mighty and i highly recommend.

The Auto Center personal were awesome!!! Fast and friendly. Keep up the good work.

So I ended up going to the Norwich CT walmart cause my 7 year old son 54" basketball hoop was missing the screws. Just say thanks to Judy the manager, Kim from sporting goods & Eric from the service desk they resolved all my issues I was dealing with. Definitely a A+ with no issues at all!!!!! Please reach out to those employees and let them know that they was noticed from a customer.

They had mask available. Parking was good . Store wasn't crowded. Was able to buy cat food from delivery stock being put away in spite of shortage of pet food. Store clerks were helpful. Got good frozen food for one person meals. Closes late helpful for me and they sale money orders for a dollar. Good experience.

Was looking for plants and plant accessories and found all I was looking for and even found stuff I didn't know I needed until I saw it lol. Not to mention I'm a frugal shopper. I always look at the clearance rack/isle and this Walmart has all types of stuff on clearance including plants.

I love shopping here. I am from New York where we do not have any Walmarts so I am very grateful to have one a few blocks from my friend's place. I get 12 packs of mason jars for a great price and yesterday I got an "Igloo" lunch box for $9.99.
