Big Y World Class Market

I've been shopping here for many years. It is always a pleasant experience! I love Debbie who gives 100 percent when checking me out and is always so helpful and kind. And the young ladies in the deli too ! Even on busy days it's always a pleasant atmosphere. Best donuts at the bakery too!!

I love Big Y. The food is always great. Had some ready made wings and fresh fish. Everything is always fresh, even the flowers were beautiful for this time of year.

Big Y is my grocery store. I do not shop other stores. I like the local grown support. The cashiers and staff treat you like family. My only frustration right now is they are selling bio- engineered products and products that took their famous people off their brands. Where's Aunt Jemima? She was a real lady. She was very smart and talented. I taught her at the Lyman Allyn Museum. Her amazing quilt was in the Woman in art exhibit. I wish they would stand up against these issues.

This store is the only store I consistently shop at. I absolutely love all the locally grown and/or made options stocked here. Truly represent New England and the surrounding areas very well. Great sales all the time! I used to love the app, and it's still a good app. The most recent update is a little wonky and making my grocery list is a bit harder, the main reason to have the app. I'm lost without my list! Still is a functional app, and this still is by far my favorite store! Clean and super friendly staff always! Thank you!

Always clean. Friendly staff. Excellent pizza and sandwich dpt. Fish dinners incredible. Butchers always have best selection of fresh meat. Favorite place to shop for food.

I love shopping at big y, only complaint are self check out and not enough register at food court( really none) Spoke to a Manager about it and hope for the best.

This location is very clean I believe the fruits and vegetables are a step up from stop&shop but as with every thing you pay more also good quality meat and fish store is always clean and the parking lot is newly paved

I love shopping Big Y. They always have what I'm looking for. A little on the pricey side, but having everything I need in the store makes up for it. Great sale today on steaks. Have had this cut before and Big Y has the best. Keep it up.

In my last visit- OMG! Always clean but this was SUPER CLEAN. Every shelf had products lined up like little soldiers. Variety of HEALTHY foods growing.
The first time staff after staffer asked me if I found what I was looking for!
Prices everywhere skyrocketing
I'll only buy things on sale. Seafood continues to be FRESH. but gosh. $30 for scallops I cannot afford. I won't go elsewhere. I trust food will be safe...

I REALLY REALLY need Big Y to offer more NO SALTED ADDED snacks. Impossible to find.

Maybe a no salt added section?????? Instead I comb the aisles and I'm tired of it!!!!

Sometimes my shopping bags are at home. PLEASE ! Those paperbags we PAY FOR rip as soon as you pick it up. Can't we get better bags considering prices for FOOD? I'll pay $.10 a bag!
Not good to get into bad mood when food falls out of ripped bags. Yes. Bring my own, but sometimes. I forget. Have mercy !

Always fresh dishes made here. Whether it's from pizza to sushi soup salads chicken it's all fresh. Cakes or cupcakes freshly made for an occasion. Self checkout lines. Also good deals of the week and you can earn points and coins to get free stuff or a discount on your stuff. Nice staff helpful and very clean. Good place to go if you are having a big event or even a small one. Quick service not to busy.

Everything is expensive but the buy 1 get 2 free deals are good

I love shopping here! Its become my go to when for groceries. It’s a little bit more expensive than other places, but we’ll worth it for most things. The bakery section is especially good, in my opinion.

This store is always clean and well-stocked. I get my prescriptions filled here too. The bakery and prepared foods sections are always a treat, and the vegan/vegetarian choices are better than any other store around.

Awesome Italian sub yesterday! Very fresh bread. Excellent veggie toppings. Super friendly staff (no name tag....young woman with many pins on her hat). Great job!

Big Y market is a Class Act! Food is excellent quality . Prices are fair . Customer service exceeds my expectations every time. Staff is well trained and couldn't be more pleasant! In times like these .. that's remarkable!

The store is ALWAYS, clean and well stocked. Despite the initial confusion, a result of the renovation, the floor plan and aisles give a favorable flow from section to section.

Good overall experience. Lots of fresh produce,stocked bakery section...handmade soaps. Self checkout was quick and easy.

I didn’t get the girls name but I ordered my sons first birthday cake and unfortunately they were unable to get the photo for his cake, HOWEVER this AMAZING person went out of her way to make my sons cake perfect! I couldn’t be more thankful and in love with the cake she made herself! My son loved it as well! I hope she sees this because you made my sons day !! I hope you get a raise! Thank you so much!!

Went to get fish and chips. I always ask for it cooked lightly not crunchy but I got it crunchy anyways. Hate that! Then it is a waste of money for me. Seems no matter what Big Y the issue is the same. The person cooking the order walks away and takes care of the seafood counter and then forgets my order and it gets overcooked Why can't they just wait there or just have one person cooking all the orders on a busy Friday and another person taking care of the counter.
