Delicious pizza & wings and amazing service. The guys running the place really care about their customers and the quality of their food. HIGHLY recommend the Jackson hole pizza (nice that you can get a half pie size) and Mango Habanero wings.

First time ever trying this restaurant tonight (takeout order) and it's the best pizza I've had in a while! The fire roasted crust was perfection, the sauce was amazing and full of flavor, great quality. We also ordered some garlic parm chicken wings and they were really good too. I'll be back soon for some more delicious pizza!

Lots of great pizza joints to choose from in the area that are well known but our favorite pie in Connecticut is sold here. The crust is super light and has just the right crunch. The sauce is sweet and tangy and they use high quality mozzarella.....really great pizza at a reasonable price. It's right off 95 and rt 1 so it's very convenient if you're just passing thru.

Stopped in for the first time and I absolutely enjoyed it. From their customer service, to the local soda they have. The atmosphere was a cozy & intimate. I was also sitting in the comfy blue arm chair in the corner 😏 I had their wings and they were delicious! Their pizza is thin and a little crisper than I like but still delicious. I will definitely be back and I recommend 👌 Thank You guys!

Order from Rolling Tomato fairly often. Pizza and food is always EXCELLENT. We placed an order near closing time, and the delivery service didn't fulfill the order (not the restaurants fault). The OWNER came out and delivered our dinner himself. Deeply appreciated, and above and beyond. I feel guilty that I haven't left a 5 star review prior to this. Thank you for the great food and the extra effort tonight. I would have understood if we just didn't get our food, which if you order delivery, can happen.

This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. There were many things I really liked about this experience. I like being able to order online and with each pizza chosen you can make changes right in the app. Add this subtract that, it was great. And charging right from the app allows less contact. I got the fries which were ok but not the greatest. But the Jackson Hole pizza was truly outstanding. It had a nice light fluffy crust with a little bit of brick oven char. The sauce was excellent as were the toppings. And the people were extremely nice. They even sent me to a waterfront spot to enjoy my food even more. Great experience. On my quest to find the best brick oven pizza, IMHO this was top 5. On a scale of 1-10 this is a 9.4

One of the best pizzas I have had in a while. The crust was light and crispy and the sauce was garlicky and delicious. I ate the whole pie.

I like pizza but can't eat it. Doesn't agree with me. But when my brother in law from Seattle ordered five pies from The Rolling Tomatoe on my mother in laws 89th birthday. I was surprised to see something very unique and original. Also it agreed with me and I was able to eat. Sometimes you get what you pay for...chrap junk or good quality. Quality over quantity. This pizza place is quality. Jesus is alive and in love with you !

UPDATE!!!
My wife and I were driving by and saw the Open sign was lit up! We ended up ordering take out (they don't have online ordering available yet, and you can tell as of right now that they are starting back up!)

I ordered just a cheese pizza add ricotta and meatball cooked well. And my wife ordered The Jackson. There is just something SPECIAL about a thin crust wood fired Pizza. The char *chefs kiss*, the cook was flawless.

We are so glad they are opened up again, and will continue to be regulars again. I can't recommend enough to everyone.

The guy working tonight might have been the owner we weren't able to stay long, but he was nice and pleasant to talk to.

Can't beat the atmosphere, the mainstay of the entire place is the GORGEOUS brick over.

Came by on a slow, snowy day and was greeted with charm. The owner was nice, welcoming and attentive. We ordered the Citrus chipotle BBQ wings and demolished them; they were so good! We tried the Mango Habanero sauce too and it was delicious and spicy. We also enjoyed the Tonka Truck White Pie that had pulled pork, caramelized onions and a savory bbq sauce.All in all its a 10/10 will visit again and recommend to friends. Can't wait to go back!

Great customer service with a complicated take out order. We needed to order the day before and pick up the pies early b/c we were driving in from out of state. They were AWESOME and had the order ready (came in early to fire up the ovens). The food was great, even the gluten free one was good! If you ever need to order a lot of pizza with different toppings, if you have food sensitivities to work around, and you want delicious pizza ... call these guys. They are on it.

They catered my daughters wedding. The pizzas were so delicious! There were a lot of people and they were fed quickly. Everyone raved about how good the pizza was. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend

Best Brick oven pizza in CT! Hands down.

We were in from out of town for a work trip, we travel a lot and are very particular about our pizza so I don’t say this lightly… pizza was INCREDIBLE. Crust is very fresh and cooked to perfection. The man who took our order and made the pizza was very nice. Wish I could give more stars, loved this place!
