Village Bake House

I have been getting their chicken salad wrap for over 6 years now. My family and I traveled from FL and made sure to stop here. It's definitely my favorite lunch spot in the entire area. They have the most delicious cinnamon sticks (kind of like a cinnamon bun). It's cozy and they accommodate food for children. My son loved getting a giant cheese tortilla they made for him growing up. The service is spectacular.

Haven't been here in a long time and stopped while in the area. Still delicious. Buffalo Chicken Rustica was always my favorite and it's still awesome.

I love Village Bake House for the hand-crafted sandwiches, soups and salads that are a delicious alternative to fast food! They have amazing cookies and pastries too!

If anyone like Thanksgiving type food all year long like I do go get their Thanksgiving Sandwich... It is such a treat when craving turkey stuffing and cranberry...yummy. It a taste explosion especially with the tart cranberry sauce. It's toasted and on great bread. Also you also get a pickle and a side of potato salad. Great lunch or try their breakfast sandwiches and baked goods...I recommend the Raspberry cookies. Totally worth it.

Wow !!! Amazing BLT Sandwich

Staff was very friendly. Food was amazing. Especially the potato salad. We will go back again. It’s nice to have a little sandwich stop like this around.

Finally visited the Village Bake House Niantic. Had a breakfast sandwich with fried egg, cheese and Sausage on a Crossiant. We ate outside and the food was excellent. The sandwich was hot and after letting it cool for a minute, was very good. The size was just right. It was filling and delicious.

The whole thing can be summed up as follows: The Chocolate Log is ridiculously amazing. I went to take a picture of it but here is all that’s left. And after devouring the whole thing in a few short minutes I’m pretty sure I popped a button on my jeans. Thanks a lot Village Bake House. 😉

This place is great. Visiting because of work. Easy, convenient and great food. Quiet place for lunch and great staff

I haven't been here since 2013, and I am happy to say that my favorite sandwich has not changed in almost 10 years. I make a point to stop in for a bite every time I am up in CT. Highly recommend!

For background, I have never ordered in and ate here. I work down the road and always call ahead and pick up my order. I usually get a breakfast wrap and they are fantastic! I love the broccoli bacon wrap! Everyone is very nice there and I have never had a bad experience. I've also had a few of the sandwiches and they were tasty also. I'd recommend checking them out.

Recently asked Jeff to provide lunch for 72 people with short notice (2 days). He pulled it off without a hitch and everyone was very satisfied with the results. I would strongly recommend the Village Bake House!

They're chicken blt melts are sooooo good. If you haven't tried it you're definitely missing out. Also they should have the scallop and bacon soup as an everyday choice. That soup is very delicious and They're business would make good money if they had it available frequently

Excellent selection of sandwiches and wraps, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our choices. I had the goat cheese and vegetable rustica and it was great. We also got a bag of cookies and they were delicious too.

Went for breakfast sandwiches for the first time today. They were delicious! Best I've had in a while. Lunch menu looks good so we'll be going back soon.

Love this place. Military Monday is awesome! Every sandwich or wrap I have had is delicious. Very homey atmosphere. There walnut chocolate chunk cookies are delicious.

Outstanding sandwich shop! They're quick and everyone in our group raved about how good their sandwich was. They definitely don't skimp on the ingredients, which is great if you love a hearty sandwich.

Friendly, pleasant, helpful staff. I went late in the day on a Friday so there wasn't a great deal of ready-made stuff on display. That said with a recommendation from a staff member I was able to satiate my sweet tooth. I will be back!

Delicious food with fast service. Their chicken BLT is the best sandwich I've ever had and they have a cute assortment of pastries too. High recommend!

The Village Bake House in Niantic is a great place to get lunch. The veggie melt is delicious and they make great potato salad.
