I can't speak highly enough about this place. I had a medical issue that needed urgent attention they got me in quickly then followed up with me every 2 weeks for 2 months. Both the doctor (Martin) and APRN (Alisa) took the time to listen,diagnose, and treat. Each time I leave there I feel they really care about my well being. Thank you! !

Preston Briggs has been my provider for alittle over a year now. He listens, he is genuine, he cares about what is wrong, I do not have one complaint. I’m extremely thankful I switched because Prohealth in Manchester was becoming more of a business than a doctors office. With all of my medical issues I need a provider that wants to be in health care. My sister just made the switch and loves him too. I couldn’t be happier.

Dr Izzo is fantastic! She is excellent with our young son and explains everything clearly to us. Nurses are just as good. Very glad we found this practice.

I absolutely love APRN James Kelly. He's honest and tells it how it is, exactly what some people in today's society need to here instead of fabricated truths and a bunch of things they won't understand.

Excellent medical treatment, but only four stars because they put sick pediatric patients in the same waiting room as seniors.

I really appreciate the fact that whenever my daughter has a sudden medical illness they are able to see her within the same. But I do not appreciate is the lack of research about what an illness can be, what I mean by that is my daughter has been seen for something and then is diagnosed with something that is going around that week, or the top 5 common illnesses, opposed to what is really going on. I say that by experience, my daughter was sick with a bad cough and respiratory thing. She first was diagnosed with allergies, then 2 weeks later it was still there and was diagnosed with a common cold. After another 2 weeks with that she was diagnosed with asthma, then as it was getting worse she was diagnosed with pneumonia. So I feel like it was a burden to look further at her chest or whatever the process is and due to that negligence she ended up with pneumonia.

I love being on hold for 30 minutes just to have the line get dropped. if you live within a half an hour of here and need to talk someone, you might as well just drive in person

My wife made an appointment for 415 the office with ahead and change your appointment to 330 without even telling her she goes there at 4:15 and they had told her that she’s last in line now because they change your appointment to 330 what kind of place is this we never heard any place change an appointment without the patient’s approval and they go ahead and tell her that and shrugged her shoulders like they don’t care my wife won’t get out of there until 6 o’clock at night well now we’re looking for a new doctor we have been there with Dr. Shifferdecker for 26 years now we got to go look for a new doctor

i came here "after hours" with a respiratory issue, they acted like i was just an inconvenience, and were more concerned about how long i was there. the school nurse they hired here poked me once and told me i was fine and sent me home with no medication to help me and was told i could go home and take aleve. ended up i had a very serious viral infection and had to go to the emergency room 2 days later. thanks to this place i almost died.
i came here because i needed help and thought they could help me, instead they let me down.
if you go here, STAND UP FOR YOUR SELF. Do NOT have them tell you that you are fine and send you on your way if you know you have a medical issue. with all of the other options available in this town, go to real professionals.

make you wait in line so someone can sell them RX samples or some nonsense.
(not in any particular order)lose your lab results.. not submit lab results.. not call you with your lab results.. you have to play games with these people like little children, our medical in this country is horrible and this place is a perfect example of that.. a trip to the doctors office should not consist of stress due to their negligence. I am not even kidding, not 1 thing went right with my visit and not 1 thing was fixed I am still in the same shape as I went in there.
i would honestly rather suffer in the most excruciating pain than to ever go back here.

Leann the receptionist is very rude !! Doctor set me an appointment for a date and she has the nerve to tell me I didn’t set the appointment !! Very unprofessional and says I’m being belligerent to her !! This is not right !! Ya got to get it together at that center !! Someone can die !! And someone will sue this clinic for malpractice !! If it didn’t happened already ......................Doctors need to fire the receptionist or that place will go down hill !! She gave two people attitude the day I went in for a physical !! So sad a medical facility with such unorganized human beings smh and I told the doc about her then !! Leann is her name for the record
