Brought my truck here to have oil cooler lines replaced on my silverado after having a very bad experience at another big Chevy dealer in Hartford. I worked with Joe from the service department and he was very knowledgeable, patient with all of my questions, and was able to get my Silverado 1500 in for service much quicker than the other dealer. I'm very satisfied with my experience here and highly recommend.

I was traveling and needed an oil change, Vernon Chevrolet took me in without an appointment and had me in and out in less than 40 minutes, and did it all with a smile and gratitude. Great dealership and great people! I highly recommend Vernon Chevrolet.

Their warranty is garbage! Do not buy a truck from them, their warranty is a scam and they do not abide by it. I simply had warn down tires and they suspect I was abusing the truck when they were obviously warn down by hauling a trailer. SALES REP JOE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AS WELL.

I specifically asked for the technicians to complete a check on my tires and correct the air pressure, I was assured that they had, but upon entering the vehicle they hadn't corrected the issue. The service reps were giggling like schoolgirls over some inside joke and completely unprofessional. They made my visit very uncomfortable. I have no doubt that I will never give them my business in the future.
