Kohl's

Hello, I accidentally forgot to return 3 items to Amazon via Kohl’s. I realized when I started to walk out of the store.

I got back in line, waited (it was extremely busy) and Ashley came to me within minutes and went through the boxes until she found the box that had my 3 extra items to be returned. She did it with a smile and never complained. When I told her it might be too much work she told be she would find the items for me and sure enough she did (with a smile) and I know it wasn’t an easy task. I am very happy with the help she gave me. She went above and beyond for sure. I only wish I could leave a review on the Kohl’s website when I took the survey but wasn’t able to find it. Everyone else was nice too. But extra kudos to Ashley! Thank you so much! 🙏🏼😊 (Kohls in Manchester)

I went to kohls and I found what I was looking for Sometimes it's like you're walking in a maze...if you don't have results! Kohl's is a hit or miss! I don't shop there too much...like I used to! Prices went up sky-high!... after Sephora came into the Kohl's Manchesr CT store No associates on the floor to help you and the cash registers in the front were taken out.. moved to the back of the store and now there are looooooong lines sometimes Depends when you go to Kohl's! Kohl's need to come down on there prices $42 for a pack of men's Haines boxer underwear (5) It's cheaper if men didn't wear any! Crazy prices!!

The cashier was very friendly and helpful. She told me where I could find the sweater that I asked about. Overall, good experience.

Shopping at Kohls is always an experience, this time great finds, & with Kohls cash great deals, & the cash out lines long but went quite quickly, great job cashier's!!

My son just returned from Alaska and needed clothes for a wedding. Good selection of men’s clothing. Store was clean and employees were friendly. Linda checked us out and was really nice.
She asked if we needed anything else and offered discount options through credit card app. JKL

The Manchester Kohl's is very well stocked with new merchandise right now and very nice selections of merchandise.

Love this Kohls. They have a great selection of products for home, children, women and men. Always have cost effective pricing and a wide variety of inventory.

The cashier was very knowledgeable about the way the discount worked and was pleasant to talk with.

Quite the big store. Largest I've been to. Plenty of staff. Had what I needed.

Everyone at registers were friendly considering the large group waiting. Did not take long in line.

Ok store, deals all the time, but you really need to look at the prices.

Kohl's has such beautiful and good quality clothes and shoes. I didn't shop for other items, so I can't comment on them. Sales are very good. I also earned Kohl's cash...it was a wonderful day. Would recommend

Honestly, I haven't shopped at Kohls in quite awhile. I'll tell you what brought me back to #Kohls... the Amazon return site!!! And then what made me stay and shop every week even online is the COUPONS!!! They are just Fablous!!!
You get a $5 coupon when you return something at the #Amazonprime site... If you don't use it you can just gift it to someone at the registers... It really feels good to give a stranger a $5 coupon!
Edit... they don't have those coupons anymore😭

They are having a huge sale right now and have a huge selection including womens petites. Service is really great and fast. It is now one of my favorite stores. Would definitely recommend going there.
