LOVE LOVE LOVE this space and whole vibe of SHINE. Thank you for creating such a beautiful and inviting studio. I've had massages with Carrie & Jerryanni and they exceeded my expectations. Best massages I've ever had.

I recently visited Shine Wellness at the Velvet Mill for a massage, and I was blown away by the whole experience. From the moment I walked in, it was a very cool space. I was greeted warmly by Jeriann and made to feel welcome.

Jeriann who worked with me was incredibly skilled and attentive. Before the massage began, they took the time to ask me about any areas of pain or tension I was experiencing and tailored the massage to my needs.

Throughout the massage, Jeriann used a variety of techniques to work out the knots in my muscles, and I could feel my body responding positively to her touch. The ambiance of the room was also incredibly relaxing, with soft lighting and soothing music playing in the background.

What really impressed me about Shine was the attention to detail and the focus on my well-being. Jeriann went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and relaxed, and the massage was a truly rejuvenating experience.

I highly recommend Shine to anyone looking for a great massage. Friendly, professional, the atmosphere is peaceful and calming, and the massages are truly exceptional. I can't wait to go back and experience it again.

I love the beautiful atmosphere that SHINE has created. I drive up from the NYC area for Margaret’s monthly yoga workshop and it is always an amazing experience. Highly recommend any class at SHINE!!

I had my first massage with Carrie this weekend and it was by far the best massage I have had, ever.

First of all the space is stunning, airy, bright, spotless and full of plants and crystals.

Carrie is extremely personable, knowledgable and spiritual. She started my session with a cleansing using a sage bundle. She was really attuned to the areas of my body that needed attention, the pressure was perfect and in addition to the massage, hot packs and foot detoxifying scrub; She also utilized a crystal during my massage by placing one on my back. It was my first time having a crystal encorporated, and as it turns out it was exactly what I needed. At the end of my massage, she read a beautiful passage that spoke to my soul and brought me to tears.

I am beyond gratuitous for Carrie, she is truly a master at her craft. I am so pleased with the overall mind, body, soul and hollistic expierience that I had. I received so much more than just a massage. I will make Shine studio and my sessions with Carrie a part of my wellness regime.

Jerrianne is the BEST. She’s the sweetest most kind human with a warm heart and a studio space to match it. I love the energy of the studio, the community she’s built and the people she attracts. The SHINE I have when I leave always makes me have an amazing day ❤

The best part of my week is Tuesday night at the barre with Emma. Her class is a great workout and a lot of fun. I love the music Emma plays and the positive environment she creates. The room is usually on the warmer side, very comfortable for the chilly winter months. I can’t recommend this class enough, give it a try!!

Shine is a gem, and Jeriann is a treasure. If you're looking for someone who cares about you and not just your wallet, you've found a home at Shine. Stonington is lucky to have her.

The atmosphere here is zen the second you walk in. Liz does the most amazing Thai massage I leave felling to refreshed and happy. I'll be back again and again.
