It's been a little more than a year and half since I purchased my 1996 BMW Z3 from Patrick and his associates. No buyer's remorse whatsoever. The car has absolutely lived up to its billing in terms of quality, reliability, and sheer joy in the sun even though it's approaching nearly 30 years old! Couldn't be more happy with the purchasing experience, and Patrick's helpfulness and attention to detail. And John, in the service department, who has attended to routine service for my Z3, is absolutely gold!! A real asset to the dealership. Thanks all. I definitely, and will always, recommend!!

My wife and I drove down from Massachusetts to look at a car. We liked the car very much, it was exactly as described by Import Auto. After talking with Patrick, we really felt at ease and realized that this was an excellent, honest dealership. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the car, and the overall process, including obtaining a MA registration, was seamless! When the time comes for another car, we will come back to Import Auto, highly recommended!

I had been researching and looking at a couple of different BMW models. I had some questions and reached out to Import on a Saturday. Certainly was not expecting a response, however Patrick got right back to me and explained in great detail the pros and cons of various models and answered all of my questions and concerns. I did not purchase from Import (sadly), however I can tell you they are honest and have the absolute best customer service!!

My 2015 Jaguar needed some repairs. Patrick and his team explained every step in terms I could understand. Honest and upfront about the cost. My car is running great thanks to him and his team. I've purchased a number of vehicles from here and had a bad experience!!! Highly recommended!!

I purchased a 2008 Bentley Continental GTC from Patrick several months ago. Patrick ensured that the car was inspected from top to bottom and when the headlight didn’t work, he fixed it. He was extremely honest and fair with me throughout the negotiations and he was polite and professional. The car is a dream to own because it was well taken care of by Import Auto. Months later I had a minor issue with the car and I called Patrick for his opinion. Not only did Patrick spend quite a bit of time on the phone with me but he patiently walked me through the issue. He also followed up with texts and phone calls. Patrick gave me sage advice that literally saved me over $10k! As a result, I will not buy an exotic car from anyone but Patrick and Import Auto in the future even though I live in a different state. I will drive the distance because he has proven to be honest and reputable. I highly recommend Import Auto especially if you want to invest in an exotic car. They are the best!!!

The business owner and his wife are exception people. I bought my first Audi A6 from them 7 years ago, its been the best car I've ever owned. I highly recommend them for your next European car. Although I've never utilized their service department I can only assume they hold high standards. I will return for my next Audi.

I purchased a nice car from Import auto over a year ago. They are great people. But I wanted to commend the service Dept John does a great job. I cant say enough about the great service. Car is fixed first time every
time only had a few minner issue"s. But if you tell them you want tire rotation or new wipers installed its done period. And they wash and vacum your car and clean wheels . They put service back into service Dept. Great Job ! I will continue to buy and service my cars at Import Auto.

Import Auto is great. We have experience with purchasing and with the service department. Trading in and purchasing was the best car buying experience we've had. The service department is always helpful and have been accommodating and flexible when we've needed to make last minute changes in appointments. The waiting room
