Dr. Dental: Dentistry & Braces

Every single person in this practice has been absolutely phenomenal. I drive an hour and a half just because they are worth it!!! From the girls at the front desk, to the Hygienist to the dentist. I will forever be driving an hr and a half because it’s so worth it. They truly care. The whole team is amazing. You wont be treated better anywhere else. 10/10!!!

Appointment was quick and the staff are very friendly! I have awful teeth and they have always been gracious and kind. No pressure or lecturing. They just make sure you know your options which takes no time. I highly recommend this office, especially if you have a lot of dental problems and you just want to be treated well and leave feeling dignified!

I’ve been a patient a little over a year and everyone has always been pleasant. And I’m loving my teeth. My experience with my braces have been good as well.

Wonderfull staff, everyone was very nice and caring they made me feel at ease. The Dentist was amazing, he was professional and gentle he made sure I did not feel pain and now my teeth look amazing. I am super happy going again to this Dr Dental clinic, and I have never said that about any Dental clinic.

I really enjoyed our visit. Jennifer was very professional and had a very good approach to children. She explained to them what they would do and they were not at all afraid. Even checked the teeth of their dolls. Thank you!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly from the time I arrived and left. My wait time was literally 5 minutes while I filled out a form. The hygienist and Dentist were exceptionally nice. Warm, clean and inviting environment ❣

So far had a tooth pulled which isn't the best experience but it went great that was at the Manchester location. And Vernon I had a cleaning done by Vanessa she did a very good job very patient

Always very friendly as soon as you walk in! it was very easy to explain I was in a time crunch and the staff went above to make sure to communicate with each other so I could be in and out with my appointment!!! Very appreciative of Dr. Dental and how friendly and understanding the staff is there!!!

I was very satisfied with the whole process. The dentist was awesome! He didn't belittle my feelings to the slightest discomfort I felt and he helped me. Great awesome service 👍.

The dentist was great, he was great with the novacain so I did not feel any pain and it 16 teeth he pulled!!! The novacain took longer than him actually pulling my teeth. I will definitely tell my friends and family what great dentist he is 😁

Staff and dentist were helpful . I have a ton of chronic medical problems and also stage 4 they help me so much and worked around my needs. The whole office and other dentist in the office were also checking on me they are fantastic.

I went in for a tooth extraction. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The entire procedure was not as bad as I'd thought it'd be, the doctor gave encouragement through the whole thing that helped me calm down. If you've every had a bad experience with a dentist I recommend Dr. Dental.

My 11 y/o son had his first tooth removed on 7/21/2023, and it was very traumatic for him. The dentist and dental hygienist who worked with us couldn’t have been more comforting and professional to keep him calm and relaxed as possible.
On top of everything, the dentist was willing to see my son a whole week before his scheduled appointment. I could not show my appreciation enough to them, and also to the wonderful receptionist who helped us check in. You all know who you are, and I will not forget this. Thank you all, to the awesome team at Doctor Dental.

I love Dr. Dental in Vernon. The staff is amazing in person. The orthodontist is amazing. The only complaint is they never answer the phone! Otherwise everything else is great and I still give you 5 stars because the staff is really great. They need a couple more people to help with phones!

I had mixed feelings about seeing a dentist with the name "Dr. Dental" in an office located in a plaza, however, after much time spent calling around, either no one was accepting new clients, or they didn't accept my insurance. This office accepted both.

I have waited to write a review because I like to be rock solid with my statements about my experiences.

I have thus far had a cleaning, and two temporary crowns put in, later replaced by two permanent crowns. The time between the mold being cast during the temporary crown installation during the prepping process was just a few weeks for both crowns. They were FAST.

The dentist has been consistent with his demeanor, and has ensured that I was comfortable at all times (meaning I had the appropriate amount of numbing provided where necessary and where applicable).

The girls that assist the dentist with x-rays and such have all been very nice (especially the pink haired woman, wish I remembered her name, but I'm horrible with names....if you meet her, you'll know whom I'm referring to; she's an absolute doll!)

The practice is kept clean. They book appropriate and keep things moving so you are not left sitting in the waiting room for more than 5 or 10 minutes (I actually don't think I've ever waited beyond 5 minutes).

MY ONLY COMPLAINT:
I'd like to be able to say that all of the girls at the front desk are "nice", however, overhearing negative talk about other clients (and possibly myself) while sitting just a few feet away, in the waiting room (more than once), is inappropriate on far too many levels for my comfort - and the ONLY reason I continue going to this practice vs seeking another dentist is because of the dentist himself; he is great. It is an extremely uncomfortable feeling wondering if anything about myself, as a patient, is being disclosed or discussed with anyone at any time, by the front desk staff. I will reiterate that I continue going to this practice because I really like the dentist. He is nice, he is gentle, and he has done a great job thus far. He is also the reason I'm giving a review of 5 stars. He and the work he provides to me is what matters to me.

The dental assistant is very polite and are concerned on how you feel during the procedure..nice person

The dental hygienist was great. She was curious and showed concern for my comfort. Explained what she was doing.👍
