Awesome service! Power outage today and my generator was running badly and sending bad power to the house. Within 30 minutes of calling help arrived to troubleshoot the problem. The carburetor was removed, cleaned, and reassembled. It runs perfectly now. So grateful! Merry Christmas Rock-Vern. Thank you.

If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, we would. The work was done beautifully. The job included hanging a TV above the fireplace. All wiring needed to be completed, basically from scratch as there was no electrical access near the work site. Their attention to all the details and the work they did, surpassed all of our expectations. We have used RockVern for many years now and look forward to working with them again. Their work and communication cannot be beat!!

I LOVE Rock-Vern Electric! A few years ago we had a horrible storm in the summer and I didn't have power (and because I'm on a well, no water) for 5 days. I called for info on a whole home generator and ended up going with Rock-Vern because they were the most professional, nicest, and patient people I had talked to after tons of calls! They answered all of my annoying questions, did the install as soon as the generator came in, and they were SO amazing about the whole experience. Since then I've used them to do my routine generator maintenance and have had the same great service. I especially love how down to earth and cool these guys are. They are also pet friendly (they worked around my doggos and made sure the dogs were secure and safe during excavation and install). Can't recommend these dudes enough!!!
