Community Honda

I jumped when I saw a car that I had been looking months for. I emailed Community Honda and set up a test drive the very next day. The car had some hail damage to it, which I was ensured it would be fixed to satisfactory. After a few days, I was in my new-to-me car, and the repair exceeded my expectations. More than anything, I truly appreciated how easy this process was; especially having a trade they don’t specialize in. They gave me a fair price I had in my mind going in. The entire process was hassle-free, and not once did financing push any extras on me. Special thanks to George! If he didn’t know the answers to my questions, he found out who did. Thank you!

I brought my car in last Friday for an oil change, unfortunately my car came back with a few new scratches. After talking with Rich I brought my car back in. They fixed the scratches and were super kind. Amber is great - awesome customer service as well!

Every employee we encountered, from the receptionist who greeted us to the salesperson who assisted us, sales managers who introduced themselves and finance director who handled our contracting were excellent. I am new to using community honda for service. So far I have been very impressed. On my first visit, the cashier applied a digital coupon that I didn't realize was out there. On my second visit, the price to repair was lower than other shops. It was fine fast and appears to be done well.

I always have a great experience with Community Honda. This time around there was some miscommunication on what was being done with my vehicle which caused me to have to leave it longer than I planned! They were so fast to give me a loaner for a few days!!

Rick and the service department is always great to work with, their great at keeping me informed of what needs to be done, what can wait and they’re always very responsible and timely about getting my vehicle in for service.

I worked with Kelly. He was so patient and helpful. Let me test drive multiple vehicles on multiple occasions. He was informative and NOT pushy. I hate car shopping but he made it much easier and I feel good about the vehicle and price I got. The whole staff at Honda was very nice and helpful.
