Witham Volkswagen of Cedar Falls

I am new to the area and this was my first service visit at this VW dealership. Scheduling, greeting by staff, confirming what was being performed, opting in or out of additional service items during discovery and check out was top notch. They set the bar high. I had a great experience at Witham.

We were greeted cordially and promptly when we came onto the dealership lot. Joe Bobst was the Sales Consultant who greeted us and then LISTENED to what we were looking for and what our issues with other makes and models of vehicles have been. He matched us to the Tiguan and took us for a test drive, making sure both my husband and I were comfortable and had our questions answered. Then Sebastian Hansen, the General Sales Manager stepped in and helped us with turning in/purchasing our previous leased vehicle. They both were friendly, knowledgeable and above all LISTENED to us.

From the sales manger, Harum Sabljakovic, sales consultant Cael Rhea and Finance manger, Marnie Shelton: all went out of their way to make me feel part of a family atmosphere. They listened to all my questions and concern. They explained in detail the mechanics of to trade in of my vehicle along with the sale and delivery process. Like with any new sale there is still questions and concerns on the operation of my new VW Atlas Crossover. The dealership continues to be very courteous, polite, respectful, and considerate in all manners. I have a high regards for the Witham Dealership.

The sales associate was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We didn't go looking for a VW but Haley introduced it to us and we fell in love. Everyone that we worked with was superb.

They got to my vehicle when they said they would and took care of the problem. The people I spoke with were all pleasant and helpful. I really appreciate that they shuttled me home when I dropped off the car and picked me up again when they were done.

It was great. Salesman was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. We left knowing everything we needed to know. He also called days after to check in on us.

Wife and I bought a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas from here. Wanted a very popular and apparently hard to find color combo(white on black rims). I had 2 other VW dealers trying for 3 months to get what we wanted. Called Witham and spoke to Scott, within a week and half he called me back saying they found one and told us when it would be there. Got the financing done and drove to trade our current SUV in. Met with Connor who set up the financing and he introduced us to Lu. I cannot remember the lady who did the financing but she was great! She made sure we knew each facet of our loan and was extremely helpful! She claimed she was new but i would’ve guess she was a seasoned vet at her job! After all the paperwork was done met with Lu again who walked us through the many features of the Atlas. Lu did amazing, I didn’t realize how much there was to learn! Lu was very thorough and patient with me and my wife, very very knowledgeable and helpful. He got us started and even called a day after to ask if we had any questions. Witham VW is an incredible business, the buying process was seamless and easy. Everyone we met us was extremely helpful and professional. You won’t go wrong with Witham!! -TJ
