This store has changed a lot since a year or two ago. I visited the other day and I found it very easy to browse; I found fantastic selections that are not even listed for sale on Discogs. This is a store that is worth your time to check out.

Austin, the new owner, is doing incredible things with this store. I always enjoyed it before, but he's taking it to the next level. The revamped the inside looks fantastic, he pays fair prices for items you want to sell, and has a good selection. I aim to be there every week now!!

Fair priced records and cds. Great selection. Also had some good posters which are strangely hard to find these days.

I enjoyed my experience at Metro Records. The owner was nice and not pushy in selling me anything. The shop had an easy to figure out organization and plenty of different types of media to shop. Best was that I got no judgement when walking up with a Taylor Swift record for my daughter, LOL. Worth checking out for a solid selection of newer artist/releases and even more old and used releases.

I really enjoy this shop. John is a legend not just in the world of record shops, but in the Iowa Music scene. He works really hard to offer a great selection of quality new and used vinyl.

A must stop when In the Cedar Valley.

I love this place as soon as you walk in you get the wonderful smell of used records and the owner is way laid-back and cool, John has many years of knowledge about collectible records and knows the difference between a music loving record collector and a hipster! Get to know him and you will find out that there are records there you don't see in the bins!

Really solid record store! It’s easily the best in the Cedar Falls area. The owner is very friendly and always has some good tunes playing. The selection is pretty large!

Very knowledgeable owner and will give you straight up prices for everything in the store. Wide selection of records, posters and some equipment as well.

One of my favorite places to go in Cedar Falls. Great record selection and the guys are really nice. Very reasonable prices compared to other record stores.

There are only a couple of stores I would be willing to spend most of the grocery money in...this is one of them. I can eat pbj while I listen to my records.

I always find something to add to my collection and if it's not there they can generally order it. So much fun to spend time flipping through albums.

Great place! Stoped by and got an R.E.M and a steely dan record! Both in great condition! Definitely coming back sometime!
