I always have great customer service here but just had SUCH a good experience I had to review. My car key battery needed replaced and it was very tricky to remove. They looked up a video and removed it for me and were very careful in the process, and so friendly the whole time! It was overall a quick and easy thing but they made me feel genuinely cared for in the process. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to do business. Locally owned with a helpful staff. One of the last places that sharpen knives and has Turkey Brine in stock. I truly hope this place never closes!

Stopped in for some screws, staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Store is a little small and cramped but in all it was easy to locate items.

I have never experienced customer service even close to as good at this place. Ace, please give Ken a raise because he did something 4 places couldn’t do or help with. He grinded a screw down and punched it out and then attached a handle to the piece for my spigot. It works good as new. I have never met Ken before this, but Ace, you have a fantastic employee and person. Ace has my business from here on out.

Centrally located in town and a good source for all the things you might need for a project or repair. Staff is always helpful.

I can always find what I'm looking for, it's close to home and the staff are very nice and eager to help.

Greg was exceptional in helping us. He is very knowledgeable in plumbing!! He helped us sooo much. We are forever grateful!!

Always get excellent help finding what I need...

Walked into the door with one of my clients from work with a young women greeting us, asking if we needed help finding something, she took us to the isle and sent somebody in that department to us to help us better, she was very polite, kind and helpful.

Went in they told me a week on a window replacement calmed the same day for pick up!!. Friendly and great quality for window. Satisfied customer!! Thanks

I called for assistance in finding a grill part replacement with full intentions of purchasing a new part. I was connected with Jeremy who did some leg work to not only help find the part, but also help me get it covered under warranty.

I ENJOY this Ace Hardware EVERY TIME I go in there! The staff is SO CARING - they are so willing to assist you in the smallest ways! The size of the store is JUST RIGHT too - so you can know what you want & where it is too & be in & out in a short time OR just browse around look to find something. Staff is very nice every time! Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of variety in options for a small hardware store. They cut keys quickly and have lots of other services as well.

I recently shopped this Ace Hardware and had some keys Made. The The staff here are not only extremely helpful but exceptionally nice to boot. Not my first shopping experience here either. And I will continue to keep shopping here. The lady to that made my keys went out of her way to make sure my keys were made right. Very friendly staff. All the stuff you need to fix up your house. None of the wondering aimlessly like you do in a big box store.

This store is one of my favorites.... Home town store! I get great service & help....when they are busy you wait a little but better than trying to find someone in the big stores & then they know nothing about what you need. Ace may be a little higher too but I'd rather pay more than travel father. Their sales are good. Love the get in and get out part too!

Best neighborhood hardware store. For home repairs and painting, or just need a part or two, go here. Great place if you are doing maintenance on rentals too. Someone will help quickly, know what they are talking about. In and out and back to completing a project. This place has saved me so much time on repairs.

Really like having a reasonably sized hardware store close to me that has a lot of what I need vs the huge stores. Would much rather shop here than one of the major chain hardware stores. Friendly service, quick to find things, and great prices. Larger assortment of hardware than most other places too!

I walked in and they had a guy ready to help. He walked right to the light switches and gave me what i needed.
