I can always trust that the job is done correct, they are fast, and they never try to up-sell you on un-needed service. If I ever have an issue, they make it right. I highly recommend!

I avoided this dealership after HATEING the way a salesman treated me about three years ago (shortly after moving to the area). However last year I purchased a vehicle here, was delighted with the salesmen (Jeff) and since then I have used the service department multiple times and they have not disappointed me yet.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership February 2018. As a unique purchase ( in my opinion), I never visited the dealership, everything was handled electronically.
My salesperson John Paul was knowledgeable, easy to contact, and professional the entire time it took to complete my purchase. Because of the unique way I purchased it, I had made 2 payments on it before I drove it for the first time. I was not disappointed!
I LOVE MY JEEP WRANGLER!! I have had ∅ issues. John Paul stays in contact with greatly appreciated informational emails a few times a year. Thank you Mr Paul, if I am ever in need of a new vehicle you will definitely be the first person I contact!

They fixed my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I was very satisfied at the job they did. They did everything I asked them to do. They even came and pick me up and took me back to the dealership and when I dropped off the car they brought me back off at my home in Waterloo on Summerland Drive. This is a very professional outfit and I would trust them with my car anytime and I will continue to take it back to them when I need repairs!😃😀👍👍👍👍👍👍
