Went in looking for a bed. Wasn’t hovered over, but felt like the salespeople kept themselves within range if we needed help or had questions! Austin was very pleasant, highly recommend him. Answered all the questions we had, made the process as quick and painless as possible. Delivery time being 2 to 3 weeks out is reasonable without being ridiculous. Very impressed so far, will likely be back in the future.

Courteous salesman. Not pushy. Let us look without looking over our shoulders but there if we had questions. Great prices!

Fred H. was very knowledgeable in assisting us in purchasing our bar stools for our new home. He made the buying process very easy and non stressful. We highly recommend him!!

Was treated very respectably and Fred spent a lot of time with me making sure my desires were met as well as all my questions answered.
I have one disappointment and that is the “no return policy” for some items (ones I purchased and not cheaply) that could be purchased from an online site with a free return policy ( usually with a time limit).

Britney is an incredible and honest sales rep. Her alone gets you 5 stars. There was an issue on if I would get the sale price, but after making a second trip I was able to get the discount.

A slow Wednesday but after Diji enthusiastically greeted us, he let us browse without “hovering” over us. We were looking for a specific item and once we asked for his help he did well identifying what it was and got it ordered for us with no problem.

They had a great selection and sales staff didn't follow us around, but we're there when we had questions

Diji was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything so clearly and spent time answering all my questions. I have recommended him to two other family members who are planning to make purchases from your store. They plan to ask for him when they come in.

The salesman was very polite and very helpful. He took the time to place my order. He went over my order with me as I had changed the color of my couch. He went over the warranty and delivery with me. Very pleased with my visit at Slumberland

Diji was a remarkable salesman, he was patient and very knowledgeable about the products. He made us feel so welcome and wanted to know what our needs were. Reassuring us that what we needed was valued and important. You don't find a lot of these types of services these days. We will come back and look for Diji.

We were treated very nicely and by the salesman who stayed by our sides the whole time. We love the new Flextsteel. Wish I could talk my husband into buying one for himself.

So far so good, I appreciated the fact the salesman sent me a photo of the loveseat so I did not need to go into the store. Delivery seems a bit high when they would do a driveway drop free,, but overall I am happy with their service so far.

Your showroom had a lot to choose from. We needed a chair a week from now and you had one that met all our needs. We received good service overall. Would shop there again .
