We called to do an insurance review and we switched to State Farm. We ended up with way more coverage and a lower monthly payment. We were both very pleased with the outcome.

I got into a super sticky situation with moving and insurance gaps. Parker Schnell from this office? AMAZING. Super sweet guy, efficient, patient, gets everything done as quickly as possible, and helps you step by step through the entire process. Even set up a new policy, suspended an old one, changed my address AND gave me advice on how to go about my situation. In a single day! Incredible service. I am incredibly grateful that this is my insurance office. State Farm is great and all, but it's people like Parker that make it even better. Thank you so much guys!

I recently had a bad experience in the home I was renting, after which I realized I needed to invest in renters insurance for my future. I had no idea how it worked, so I called state farm to ask for some information. Over the phone a man named Parker was able to inform me about what their renters insurance will cover, give me a quote on their rates, and step-by-step walked me through their process until I was insured. Customer service from Parker was excellent and always available if I had additional questions. Overall a very positive experience, I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.

Sawyer from Brad Jacobson State Farm did a wonderful job in assisting me with my auto insurance. I had a problem with my Drive Safe and save app, and sawyer was very calm and collected when helping through my problem. He acted in a very timely manner and had excellent customer service.

We started using Brad Jacobson State Farm Insurance about 16 years ago. We have never had any reason to complain. On the contrary, whenever we would go in with questions, Brad and the staff were always willing to happily help. When we left the area several years ago, we liked them enough that we decided to keep our insurance with this office. This has meant long distance communications for everything, but the staff has been amazing to work with, incredibly patient, kind and quick!! Donovan walked me through it all step-by-step, explained the different options that I had and made recommendations. When I first came to State Farm, I was coming from a horrible insurance experience (beware of skeleton policies and scams). Susette was especially helpful and patient with me. Any time I have had a question or I don't know what to do, Susette has helped me. When I had an accident and freaked, Susette calmed me down and walked me through it.
