I would give this zero stars if I could. I had called looking for a plumber to unclog a toilet in a rental home in Cedar Falls. I had spoken to them about having this service completed and because the billing address was not in Cedar Falls he did not want to complete the work. When being spoken to, the man on the phone was rude, seemed very onery, and was talking to me as if the way I was answering his questions were not to his standards. He kept talking about how he did not want to do work for a "third party" of which this situation is not third party. He was also mentioning things that made it seem like he did not like and/or want people who did not live in the area, to have business in the town. Honestly, very rude and no professionalism. I don't know if he speaks to all his potential clients this way, but if he does, I'm not sure how he has stayed in business for as long as he has.

The service here was not good, after two days of setting up an appointment we never received any service after waiting and wasting our precious time. We had to call to see if the plumber was coming or not. Bad customer service! My husband and I found another plumber to do the job which we were happy with.

I do not recommend this business! I got in contact with them and they agreed to do plumbing task, however never showed up. I called multiple times 3 days in a row and they never answered or called me back. Very unprofessional. Save your time and go with another company!

Will not recommend this business! They underbid competition for business in our new neighborhood, addition in town. They did by installing the cheapest , poorest quality , undersized air conditioners, heating equipment in all the new homes in sands addition in janesville ia. After 7 yrs our A Coil in our air conditioner ruptured, leaking, freon. Gordons wud not warranty it, said it was past warranty, wow 7yrs our air condioner was junk already. Had different heating air conditioner company install a new air conditioner unit. He installed a bigger more efficient unit. He wanted know who installed original unit, because he said he would never install such a small inefficient unit in a new home. He even repaced all the wires for the a.c. unit because he said they were under sized, they were 16 guage wires to an a.c. unit. Shud have been 10 guage. We complained to AL Gordon from day 1 when we bought this new home from jim sands construction, letting him know the a.c. unit runs all the time when hot outside, barely able keep house at constant temp., sometimes temp. Would increase in r house. Al Gordon came to r house checked unit and stuff out himself and said it is fine, and i quote him " it is better for the a.c. unit to run all the time, then to have itself shut off now and then" I did not like his answer and even asked him, well does your a.c. unit in your house run all day long without shutting off? He wud not answer. Our new a.c. is guaranteed by our new installer for over 10 yrs plus, and is guaranteed to lower our a.c. electric bill considerably. Nieghbors in our nieghborhood have been complaining bout same problems with their a.c. units and gordons will not warranty their work and equipment. Do Not Have Do Any Buisiness with this guy!!! Give him a minus rating!!!!

I would give them 0 stars if it would let me. I called and left 4 messages over a two day span and no one returned my calls. A poor way to conduct a business.

Been waiting almost a month for them to come back and fix the giant mound of dirt they left in my front yard after digging for pipes and never finding them and to actually find the pipes and fix the problem they came out to fix in the first place but of course they had no issue coming back 2 1/2 weeks later to grab their tool they left behind and still couldn’t even do what they were supposed to do.
