I usually don’t write reviews but I felt like they deserved it 1000%. They were super friendly and generous. I came in for a second opinion on my brakes from fire-stone. I called to get a quote/est. on how much brakes were. A lovely woman named Mary picked up the phone and she gave me their rates but included that I should come down for a free brake check to be sure. They were able to schedule an appointment for me within the hour. They worked quickly with the inspection and even showed me where my brakes need replacement or what I needed to be aware of. I definitely recommend going here personally. They also have free coffee and water as you wait if that persuades you by chance haha. But Overall super friendly and helpful staff. Thank you guys!

Noel and the team were great, they offered me the best deal, wonderful staff, and even told me that my car was “unfortunately, in great shape”, haha. Great group of guys and while I was there they even took a call from a woman 15 minutes before they closed and said they’d be here waiting for her. Dedicated and truly great people.

Noel Burns at the Iowa City Location, helped me figure out what the problems on my vehicle was. He figured it out without a problem. This is why I come here. Always with excellent service and great people! Thank you guys.

Customer service as a priority seems to be coming back into style again, and it’s being spearheaded by businesses like this one. They took an extremely difficult situation with my car and used it as an opportunity to show what excellent service is. My car had an issue that was not an easy fix. In fact, it took the entire afternoon to resolve. But in a near Hollywood style finish they managed to get it resolved in the last minutes of the day and I was able to drive myself home. The manager even called me the next day to make sure I made it home. Great bunch of guys. Thank you, Brakes Plus.

This is my favorite and only auto repair shop that I trust by far. Brakes Plus have never failed me and always delivers with my best interest as a loyal customer. I always feel like I matter throughout the whole experience. Stop by whenever you need repairs trust me you won’t regret it.

Dan and the technician were terrific. They really helped me out in a pinch and explained the situation thoroughly after I bent a rim. They said it was drivable, but rotated the wheel to the back and told me I would need to replace the rim ASAP to prevent undue wear to the tires. They didn't even charge me! They're good honest people who are serious about providing a service!

Very fast! They are open very convenient times. They are very open and tell the truth about my car and what needs to be done. I will continue to get my oil changed there! The staff is very nice, and do not talk down to me, even though I am a woman and I am usually alone. I highly recommend Brakes Plus!

Wouldn’t trust anywhere else in town to fix my Equinox!!! Noel was on top of keeping me in the loop regarding insurance and where we were at in the repair, Alex did great work and was very kind every time I came in. Went in for a HID bulb replacement and got that and my hood shut!! These guys are top notch! The care they have for their customers is above par!! Saved a little $$ and spoke with great people!! Thanks guys!!

Awesome guys! Great service and easy to get into. Have had my wheel bearing replaced as well as help with changing my headlights! Highly recommend! Will be coming back for all my vehicle needs.

I brought my vehicle in for a quote towards the end of summer, when I was ready to make an appointment to get my car fixed they got me in right away. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. If I could give this place more stars I would....my son car needed brakes and I assumed that's all it needed but O was I wrong it needed brakes,rotors, calibers....I didn't know how I could afford everything .The men working here did an awesome job not only with the vehicle but also with pricing .Words can't explain how I felt! Thank you Thank you Thank you ....They have great service and ...knowledgeable workers and very helpful with pricing. I will always bring any car I have here to these men they saved my son life!

Mitch and Noel are Rockstars at this location! They accommodated my last minute, closing time request to diagnose the Honda’s dashboard warning lights and got my daughters car back on the road with confidence restored.
