Always a great experience. Generally impressed at the amount of stock available/willingness to get it in quickly. Easy to purchase custom products as well. The countertop was just purchased and new cupboard doors are on order currently!

I have never had a issues finding what I need. I rely heavily on their materials and advice when I am working on something. I shop there for both my home or job needs. When I needed help with kitchen cabinets I lean on Beth, I rely on John for electrical, Dan for flooring, and Arron for plumbing. They are the greatest!

Love this Menards, it's newer, and seems to be bigger with more products. Employees are very helpful, and knowledgeable.

Everyone is so helpful! There was have a large selection of things and I can always find the right tool for the job that I am needing! All of the staff was able to help me with the Questions that I have had. They've also had great deals and their rebates are unmatched. I thoroughly enjoy their gardening section and have always found exactly what I needed. I encourage you to go here if you have a project that needs to be done

Big clean facility. If you get to know the inventory at Menards you can do some re beat things. As always they generally have the best prices around but sometimes that comes with a lack of quality for like items. Quality sacrifice is not true across the board so do some homework and figure out what you want. Staff is generally plentiful and helpful.

Great selection of tools, appliances, hardware items, lighting, cleaning supplies, and more. The product returns self-service kiosk makes it easy to find a purchase receipt.

Great place, lots of options. Lines are pretty slow but definitely worth shopping here. The garden section is fantastic!

They were actually pretty busy but was able to get people through the lines fast and they were friendly. They also had a way bigger selection on kids toys than I excepted and the toys were actually priced for Black Friday

Very clean and bright store. Fairly easy to find what I came for (RV supplies and water hoses). Easy to get our 39 foot RV with trailer in and out too

I could honestly spend all day in this store! Everything is at a good price! People are so friendly! Make sure you check for their rebates and you need any of them. Their rebates are awesome!

A large store with a wide variety of things. I've been working in Iowa City all week and had to make multiple trips in there after things. Their staff has been very helpful and made sure I found everything I needed. Truely a great place to shop.

I just want to put in an extremely good word for an employee that blessed me by his honesty. A few weeks back I was in the thick of moving, and had a lot on my mind… It wasn’t until I had drove 20 minutes home till I realized I had left my wallet, in my cart, in the parking lot. I quickly drove back to Menards hoping and praying that no one had found it. But when I got there my wallet was gone! I talked to a very kind and understanding lady at the returns counter and she radioed over to the checkouts… One of the employees had found it out in the cart while he was bringing carts in… It was returned to me without anything missing or tampered with! God bless that honest employee! I don’t think he’ll ever know how much stress he saved me in a stressful time in my life!

The thing I really like about Menards is on the majority of stuff that I purchase from them seems to have three price points. It seems that when I am looking for something I can find a really inexpensive option that will get me by for the moment. I can also choose to get something a little better quality for a little more. Then there is what I call the commercial option. Meaning I'm going to use it more and it's needs to be quality. The employees are very knowledgeable and willing to help.
