Stadium View

My experience living at Stadium view was great! The staff were always so helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Definitely recommend living here, if I could give 10 stars I would!!

We moved our son into his first apartment at Stadium View this August. As parents, we were stunned with how helpful and involved the staff and managers were during our entire move-in process! Bailey, the assistant manager, actually walked us to our unit and was able to help us figure out the internet and router. She also took the time to show our son the parking outlines and the trash compactor. Kylie, one of the girls at the front desk, also was quick to run up to our apartment when we had an issue with our key. I am excited for my son to be living at such a fun and helpful complex. Thank you for a good experience and we look forward to the upcoming year!

My friends and I have really enjoyed living at Stadium View. It has two stops for CyRide pretty much right outside our front door. We also love the location to Jack Trice for game days. They also put in a new dog park that our furry friends have loved.

Move in was smooth and easy. The location is unbeatable. We walk from our tailgate to our sons apartment in less than 5 minutes. Such a fun place for a college kid to live!

My experience thus far at stadium view has been great! The apartments are new and updated, the maintenance requests always get resolved within 2 days, and super dog friendly!

Went on a few tours here and was greeted by amazing and kind staff that answered all of my questions and provided a lot of great information. The location is perfect for game day and not too far from campus, the amenities seem super clean and up to date, and the dog park is an amazing addition!

Kylie at the front desk helped me so much with the move in process, she made sure I had all the necessities such as internet, parking and showed me where I can get food and everything else I needed just a block away! The manager Bailey also help me a lot with leasing process, I can’t wait to settle down here at stadium view!

Stadium view apartments are absolutely amazing. I have loved every single moment of living here. They always care so much about their community and always put in effort to have gathering where we could all meet new people and have fun . The apartments are really good quality for not being overly expensive like some other properties in Ames.

The staff is so welcoming and helpful! I currently live here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for housing!

I have lived here for almost 2 years and have had nothing but a positive experience. I have lived here during the management transition and while it was rocky and there were transition periods where communication and maintenance lagged they did make up for it and have been very on top of things by making this a better environment to live in. They are also pet friendly which is a huge perk. While everyone has issues with where they may live at some point overall I have no complaints.

Stadium view has been an awesome place to live. I specifically wanted to shout out the maintenence team for their timeliness with helping us out!

My daughter has been living there for 3 yrs and loves it it affordable priced clean and well maintained and the staff is very helpful whenever she needs anything i recommend them highly for new college students on there own for the first time

I had some electrical issues and one of the guys in maintenance, Patrick, came to help me out. He talked me through what he was doing which I very much appreciated. The maintenance was very quick. I requested it Sunday night and they came Monday morning. 10/10 🙌. Overall this complex has reached every one of my needs. They are all super friendly and very responsive to their residents’ needs. The staff at Stadium View Suites was so helpful during my time living there. They were incredibly responsive and were always making sure the tenants were happy. I also loved the location to Jack Trice.

Stadium View has been such a great place to live this year! They have stayed on top of maintenance and customer service and their apartments have provided so many amenities for residents. The apartments themselves feel safe and secure, and I love having my own room and bathroom to myself! They always do fun giveaways and free food fridays for residents as well which has been super great! I recommend signing with Stadium View!

I love this place! The rooms are totally worth the rent and the wonderful amenities are all accessible to residents. Safe covid protocols in the main building as well as the gym facility. The management is so accommodating and always willing to help. The complex itself is very welcoming and I have yet to come across any resident that hasn't been nice or outgoing.

My experience with Stadium View has been top notch. The rooms are so spacious, the gym is so accessible for a working college student, and the staff members are so easy going and helpful.

If you're looking for an apartment in a great location then look no further. They have an amazing staff looking to assist you whenever you need them. Do you like free food? Because they have it! Frequently might I add. The apartments are incredible. The rooms are spacious and contain large bathrooms and a walk in style closet. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer, not to mention a plethora of other amenities. The only sad thing is there isn't an apartment like this where I'm moving upon graduation!

Super nice apartment! I've lived here for a year and already renewed our lease for next year! The management is super great too :)
