I have been with The Insurance Specialists for many years. They are so kind and helpful each month when I call to make payments. Recently, I had questions and concerns about my renters insurance and Randy went above and beyond to help me understand and sort out my concerns. Randy you're the man!!! I would recommend The Insurance Specialists to anyone!

My family and I have been utilizing Insurance Specialists since 2002. They have already made sure that we got the best rates for our premium and make sure we are satisfied with our coverage. Randi and Nicole have done an excellent job and continue to do so to keep drivers insured. I recommend them to everyone I come across!

Very good people, great customers service, they always make sure they listen to your needs to get you whatever have to get. Definitely will always come back here for any insurance.

I had to share my experience with Nicole here at the insurance specialist, she actually really cared to save us money ! She spent time trying to find the best rate, for us. She didn't treat us like a number, I would highly recommend this place for insurance. Very friendly and personable.

Okay, I originally posted a review when I wasn't so happy at the moment. HOWEVER, Nicole picked up the phone and called me to resolve the issues immediately, and I realized it was just a misunderstanding with me not knowing what to ask for. She not only talked me down, but then proceeded to work with me diligently answering all of my questions and going over many options for my new car policy. I feel like I gained a friend in the process of insuring my new vehicle! Thank you to the Insurance Specialists, and especially to Nicole, who is hands down, the best insurance agent I've worked with!

Nicole was extremely helpful and seemed very knowledgeable in her field. She made the whole process extremely easy and even fun! Highly recommend as she did her due diligence in finding me the best quotes and was able to answer all my questions with the help of her team!-Adrian

I was struggling trying to find affordable auto insurance before I called The Insurance Specialists. I'm very glad I did. They took their time helping me out, answering my questions, and eventually finding insurance that I was happy with. I highly recommend The Insurance Specialists if you're looking for auto insurance, they're great people, especially Nicole.

I had a agent name Nicole and she was super friendly, and had AMAZING customer service. She went above and beyond for me and helped me make sure I was getting the best price for me. I had gotten a quote from a co- worker of her's a day before, but didnt have enough money in my account; so i had to call back the next day after I had put more money in there. The next day I got Nicole on the phone and she 1. Helped me remove any restrictions I had, and remove anyone that no longer needed to be listed on my insurance. She had went out of her way to call Progressive about maybe some possible reimbursement that they slightly owed me. And ended up getting me a quote for $70 cheaper than her co- worker the day before. She also stayed late to connect with me again and called me back at 6:30 PM , to let me know what Progressive said about a possible reimbursement, and Nicole ended up getting me $15 reimbursed back to me! :)) and then stayed on the phone with me even longer to make sure i got all of my E- signatures done, and got all of my I's dotted, and T's crossed! This was a all around really great experience. :)))

I must say this insurance company is by far the best company I have dealt with, respectful and patient staff especially Cindy, I got the lowest rates with payment options that are right for me. No pressure or feeling rushed during my visit. I must say I’m very satisfied, I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a good insurance company!

Definitely have to give a shout out to Justin Oliver!! Was very very helpful and went beyond expectations. He walked me through certain things I was not aware of and had no knowledge of doing! So thank you very much man!!

And our Agent Cindy is truly the best! she is such a pleasure to talk to really enjoys talking to us every time we come in. I called and spoke with Justin who was very helpful and patient with the process to get a quote on auto insurance. To begin I really didn’t know how many citations I had off the top of my head I guessed 3 and got a quote but he ended up getting the correct number and instead of being frustrated with having to do the process over again to get it right for me he patiently waited for the correct quote which was the best quote I’ve heard from my search for auto insurance so yes I recommend this company to anyone looking!
