Tsing Tsao Chinese Fast Food

Quick service!! Reasonable prices. We eat in when we go but I see there is a lot of call in orders and plenty of pick up orders!! The food is good and you get a lot for what you pay!! I especially like the orange chicken and the empress chicken!! I grabbed a loyalty card this time!! We visit at least once a month.

Edit to add: I have been coming here since I was a child. This place is as consistent as it gets. Constantly serving piping hot delicious food. Serving the community with good prices for the value. Same friendly employees around that have been for as long as I can remember. They really deserve more attention than they probably get!

Great soup, I wanted a bowl over just the cup thinking it might be double the size, oh no it is massive! No need to order anything else if you go this route. Otherwise the food is good, service is good and all around good experience, id say this location has the best hot and sour soup in the Des Moines area.

I move 2500 miles away years ago, and this remains my favorite place to eat Chinese food. I always stop in a couple times when visiting Des Moines.

The employees are known to know a lot of peoples orders before you say them.
They have excellent pork egg foo young, Mongolian Beef, and fried rice with your choice of proteins!
We go at least once a month, and my daughter always wants to eat here whenever she is home from out of state.

Excellent food. We've been eating here since they opened. Really enjoy the portion size. I get vegetable fried rice and can always get another meal out of the leftovers. Really enjoy the egg drop soup and egg rolls.

One of my favorite restaurants. I always try to stop by for carryout when I'm traveling through the area. Service is always fast and friendly. Great hot and sour soup coming from someone who generally hates forms of soup.

We have been going there for years - for the price - not much better in DM. The food has always been spot on - with good flavor. I order medium hot #2 my wife #4 always good and good value

This restaurant was amazing! From the get go the men working at the front greeted my friend and I and were very polite. When we ordered our food the soups were ready to go immediately and were delicious!

The food came out within 5 mins, and was very good! Just as good as big restaurants I've been to. We both got the super combo for around $12.50 after tax and it was the perfect amount of food for two big guys.

Overall, the service and food were excellent. Would definitely come back 10/10
