I've frequented this business for years, from buying chicks to all my wild bird seed. They have quality products at a fair price, and you get $20 off for every $200 you spend, so basically you're getting a 10% discount on all your purchases. Bonus! My latest positive experience with DSM Feed & Nature is I switched from an organic 16% layer pellet (purchased from a local big box store) to their all-natural layer powder, fed as a mash. Clayton, my go-to chicken guy there assured me my egg production would significantly increase using their feed. I have to admit I was skeptical (can a different feed really make that much difference?) but my nine hens had been laying exceptionally poorly this winter (averaging 1 to 2 eggs per day) so I was willing to give it a try. Within a week I was getting 3 to 4 eggs per day, and after three weeks it had increased to between 4 and 6. This has made a believer out of me, and even though the cost is higher, I do not have the waste like I did with the pellets so overall the additional cost is minimal. Thank you once again, DSM Feed & Nature, not only for your quality products, but also for your friendly employees and their expertise!
