They'll have it. That nut, washer, bushing etc. It's like your grandpa's shop, except organized and without the dust. Good people. They have a decent garden section in the spring. They usually have some hard to find perennial and annual choices.

Didn't have what I needed, but told me how and where to get it. So friendly and helpful.

One of my favorite stores. Not the lowest price per item, but the best value per item. Because they have an ample staff of knowledgeable employees that you don't have to search for and they don't act like you're bothering them by asking a question.

Westlake Ace Hardware is friendly and I enjoy the spring time action picking up. Nothing like fresh flowers right. Red roses I still think are the best idea. Last the longest in my region and look good from afar really no matter what stage the flowers in.

Love this place was just in the area and needed help. I had already went to two places before and they could not help. When I first arrived at Ace Ms. Tina came to my rescue she was so bright and knew exactly what I needed. Ended up having to do another trip the next day and Ms. Tina came to my rescue again. Paul was also a great cashier he put a smile on my face and gave me some laughter. If you are ever confused of what to get or just need something from Ace this would be the store. Fast service respectful and lots of love thanks Ms. Tina & Paul. ❤💙

I found exactly what I needed and the Staff was extremely helpful. I needed and in line shutoff for garden hose fitting which I was shocked to find this time of year and a toilet fill valve. I chose a Korky toilet fill valve and it is wonderful. The tank size adjustment was easy, it fills fast, installation was simple, and it was made in Wisconsin USA!

Got there right as they were closing, the nice man still let me in and was helpful and smiling.

They usually have items that you can't find other places. They have great people working there.

The only place to go when you need one bolt. Always have what I need. Easy access and close to home.

Very friendly staff, had a lot of merchandise, couldnt find what we needed but we couldn't find it anywhere in the area anyway. The staff was eager to help and just the nicest people!! My husband and I were in Council Bluffs all weekend , I think people in Iowa are the nicest people, if everyone in the world were like them it would be a better place!!!!

I went to Walmart for a filter that they didn’t have or didn’t know what it was. Detected that I was failing with my search for my air filter I looked to the right and saw Ace Hardware and thought I’d try it out. Right when I walked in the door a girl with blue bangs asked if I needed help. She was super friendly and helpful and brought me right to what I needed! Triumphant that I successfully accomplished my mission I also sighed up for their Ace rewards. I will be back!

I really like this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They don't just point you to something, they take the time to make sure you get the right thing for your needs.
