My 15 year old yorkie has the pep and energy of a much younger dog, due to the treatments and suggestions that came from the Pawsitive Strides vets. Everyone is so caring, knowledgeable about the latest treatment options, and easy to work with. They offer curbside service. This allows me to bring my younger dog, so we get a downtown walk while Miss Magic is getting her treatments.

The staff and doctors at Pawsitive Strides have been spectacular. All are very skilled, knowledgable and gentle with the pets. Maisie began her treatment at Pawsitive Strides to help recover from a tendon tear in her back leg. With a few months of therapy/rehabilitation that included underwater treadmill, shockwave/laser therapy and dietary supplements, we were able to avoid a costly surgery that would be followed by a lengthy recovery period. Maisie is now walking and running with no pain or limping.

I highly recommend Pawsitive Strides to others seeking chiropractic or Physical Therapy for their dogs.
The staff is wonderful. Friendly office staff as well as friendly skilled veterinarians. I see noticeable improvements in my dog after his chiropractic visits. I feel genuine care and concern for my dog when I visit. I’m sure he feels the love too.

Definitely recommend them! We took our GS in for an evaluation for hip problems! They were very nice and helpful figuring out the problem! Lots of questions asked and answered! Took their time and were amazing with our Leo! Helped us with a plan going forward!

This is amazing. The staff are very friendly, nice, and understanding. I bring my 14 year old dog for monthly massages. The staff asks for updates or how my dog has been doing. My dog has cancer and has had a few accidentswhile getting a massage, they understand and say it's not a problem. My dog doesn't sit still and will pace in the room but as soon as she gets some peanut butter or yogurt she stays still long enough to get a massage. I will recommend this place to anyone that needs services that they offer.

Dr. Petersen and her staff are amazing!! They take their time with each patient and answer all questions. They have been instrumental in helping our girl Gia with her hip issues not only in the office with treatments but with giving at home exercises to help. So grateful to have found this amazing place! Definitely recommend!!

After our Papillon broke his leg, we needed a good rehab facility to go to, so he could recover as completely as possible. We hope to do both agility and obedience competitions with him, although he just turned a year old recently. The staff at Pawsitive Strides couldn't be more professional and responsive. They explain things thoroughly and are great at communicating with us about everything.

I had appt July 3 and I was thrilled with the care she received for my golden retriever, Willow. She had a floating patella and was way overweight 89.5 lbs at five years old. They gave me a lot of encouragement and confidence with Willow’s floating patella.More importantly, they gave me a lot of advice and ways to improve her health greatly. I have had her on Purina OM 2 cups daily and I am thrilled to say that today at the vet she weighed 77 pounds. I am very grateful.

I've been a client for several years and I am so happy that I found Pawsitive Strides and Ingersoll Animal Hospital. Dr. Peterson helps keep my 10 year old, very active springer spaniel in top condition. We still compete in many dog sports including agility and dock diving, so it's important to me that she is healthy and comfortable. My dogs seem to enjoy going and we are always treated with the utmost respect during our visits. The staff is simply the best! I cannot say enough great things!

Our Bernese Mountain Dog was showing signs of lameness at 3 years old. Way too young to be limping. So Pawsitive Strides helped us figure out that one knee had a partial tear and both hind knees were needing some strengthening. We started the underwater treadmill, chiro therapy, and laser therapy. All of these things definitely helped our dog feel better and we saw improvements in her condition. But then she ruptured her hind right knee so we had TPLO surgery done at Sirius in Omaha (great surgeon by the way). To help Indy recover from surgery, we again started the process of therapy at Pawsitive Strides. 6 weeks after the first TPLO surgery, our girl ruptured her other knee and tore her meniscus. Back to Sirius for another TPLO surgery... We are now looking forward to our girl working with Pawsitive Strides to help strengthen her knees and get her back to the active girl she is. They truly care for your dog. Our girl is NOT a fan of vet clinics but she is EXTREMELY excited when we pull into the Pawsitive Strides parking lot. It just shows how much care they take to make sure your dog is comfortable. Dr. Peterson and staff have been beyond accommodating and always want to know how things have been progressing. They take your comments to heart and change up the next appointment if necessary. We are soooo thankful for Pawsitive Strides.

Can't believe I didn't review Pawsitive Strides two years ago when Chrysanthemum tore a cruciate tendon. Dr. Thompson and the whole crew did a phenomenal job of making the recovery achievable and joyful. Our whole family appreciated the attention she received then. She's been back this fall for a sore shoulder, and again the whole staff has been incredibly easy to work with, attentive to the dog's needs and keeping up great communication with the owners. We recommend Paws to anyone whose canine pal is having a hard time!

The team at Pawsitive Strides is incredible! You can expect a high-quality, experienced team who will provide your pet with love and affection while helping them heal/strengthen. Their hearts are in their work and it shows. Our dog has made an incredible transformation in a short time thanks to everyone there. He couldn't walk on his own when he first arrived, and now he's running and playing like it's nothing! We are incredibly thankful for the time, energy, love, and resources this team has poured onto our boy!

I was initially skeptical of starting treatment after my regular vet had just prescribed gabapentin for arthritis and bone spur in my aging dog's shoulder. I sought a surgical opinion because I saw my dog's pain and inactivity and personality change. The surgeon did not feel surgery would fix the symptoms but gave me info on Pawsitive Strides and things like "symptomatic" treatment. I made the appointment with Dr. Petersen. I received the initial treatment plan and was a little overwhelmed by overall commitment (logistics and costs). But we have stuck with it for almost two months. We finally kicked our treat habit and Roscoe attended twice per week appointments. After a little over a month, I have a different dog. He is doing things (activity, running, playing with siblings) that I didn't think he would do again. He has lost over 10 lbs. Dr. Petersen calls every week to talk about him with me. Every rehab technician is always happy to see us and knows him so well. Now, whenever I see him run, play, wrestle with his siblings it almost makes me tear up and I am soooo grateful everyone here.

The staff at Pawsitive Strides was fantastic! Scout is a very energetic dog, especially since she is injured and on "rest." They took her energy in stride and worked with her, not against her. Scout loved going there and seeing everyone and they also answered all my questions with ease, no matter how ridiculous they were! Hopefully we have to never visit Pawsitive Strides again, but if the need does arise I know we will be in excellent hands!!!

Cannot say enough positive things about the time and attention our dog receives at Pawsitive Strides. Not only has he shown significant progress, but they genuinely care about the animals they help. I love getting progress pictures when he receives treatment as well as home exercises that help us continue his progress at home. Not only that, our dog would give it 5 stars also because he wags his tail on his way in, every time.

My dear sweet dog was having issues with her hip and coat. We spent several weeks with treatment and then the water treadmill and my girl is back to great condition. Really thrilled. We also did a food switch, added some fish oil and another supplement. Wow. Pawsitive Strides really turned back the clock for my dog. Thank you!!!

Our dog has had 4 surgeries and 5 injuries in the last 9 months. We found out he had a growth defect and required a series of surgeries for a better quality of life. He has been going to Pawsitive Strides for a few weeks now and I’m shocked at the improvements he has made. For the 1.5 years we have had him he has never gone up the stairs. Either he circled endlessly and leapt, or we had to carry him. Yesterday he walked up the stairs normally on his own. I credit PS with this progress and can’t wait to see how he continues on this journey. Their vet, vet techs and staff are incredible and truly passionate about animals.
