Called on the exact minute the store was to open and they immediately answered. Needed a watch resized (couple links taken out). They informed me over the phone it would be a small fee of $5. Made my way up to the store front a short time later and was promptly greeted. I tried on the watch in front of them so they could use their experience to understand how many links to take out. Shortly after (5 minutes maxiumum) she was back with the watch perfectly fitted. And to top of this perfect customer experience they said they'd waive the $5 fee because it was so easy to do. Very much appreciated!

I recently visited Kay Jewelers to seek assistance with removing links from a watch I received as a Christmas gift. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service and support I received from their team.

Aissa was very helpful and customer oriented at the Jordan Creek Mall location. We purchased a ring in 2014 and January is one of our months to have it inspected to stay under warranty. Aissa was very helpful in many ways. Look forward to having my ring back after it's resized and rejuvenated. Thank you to Aissa.

Came in this afternoon. To get some links taking out of my watch and Chantelle was professional and nice, I didn’t wait long and she was very quick and made sure that the watch would fit just right

I always get my rings cleaned here and it's always an excellent experience. Staff is always friendly. I recently got my watch battery replaced and resized and all was great.

We had the best experience at the one near the South-ridge mall! My fiancé and I are clueless on where to begin with rings! They welcomed us in and answered any and all of our questions! This place was clean and had friendly people working. The person who helped me was Chantelle. She was so nice and patient while helping me find something I really liked.
