Scheduling an appointment was fast and easy, the staff were very nice and friendly, and Dr. Yin is an amazing doctor. You can tell she cares about her patients and really listens to your concerns!

I see doctor Ricardo Andreotti Bodra at this location and he is great. He takes my concerns seriously and listens to me. Everyone here is super friendly. Thank you!

Agree with the front desk being rude and making it seem like they don’t care. I have mostly noticed it on the urgent care side. If you don’t like your job, find a new one! On the other hand 5 stars to Sara. She is so willing to listen and take her time with you. It’s so nice being able to talk to another person rather then a doctor speeding through your appointment to get to their next one. I have recently been diagnosed with HBP and had some symptoms that made me really uneasy today. She was willing to stay after hours(the entire office was closed) to see me! A doctor that really cares for her patients! I highly recommend her as a physician.

I see Dr. Ajisebutu in the sleep center. He diagnosed my sleep apnea and with treatment I feel like I have my life back. He has been awesome.

Excellent care for pediatric Covid testing and info. Dr Hansen was very kind, timely and very informative. She gave straight answers and really cared that she answered all your questions. Test results came back in a timely fashion. Overall, the staff there is obviously overwhelmed and stressed but you really felt they were doing the best they can and they were pleasant. The one draw back is it seems the receptionist from the adult care clinic answers the phone and she is NOT friendly. HOWEVER, once you're transferred to the pediatric side, service and communication are very good. Thank you pediatric team for a great experience in very difficult times.

My Family & I went to get tested this morning at 9am. They are open on Saturdays. Dr. Hatchitt was amazing. He was very informative, and surprisingly very funny. It was refreshing to be in the presence of humor, & positive attitude during a serious situation...I think I could hang out with the Dr. all day because he was so fun...A big thank you goes out to the staff as well......

Had a bad experience a couple months ago when I tried to call for information the lady was very rude. I am changing my rating now because I had to get tested for covid and went here because it was the easiest option. I had a very pleasant experience this time around. It was very easy, quick, and painless to get tested here.

I've had a great experience with the clinic, particularly Drs Abels and Riddlen. The attached urgent care clinic is not usually too busy and convenient for evenings and weekend.

Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about! Found the staff very friendly and helpful. Doctor was straight to the point and didn't waste any time.

I go here because of dr Jenna Ridlen who is amazing. I love the care she provides and she takes time to explain things to me and make sure everything is okay. But the rest of the staff is very rude, rushes everything, and seems annoyed that I’m there or calling. I’ve been hung up on by the front desk before after I said I would call back later, without being asked if I needed anything else or a courtesy goodbye.

Apart from flirting with the big nurse that’s there all the time I’m there . Dr. Farculi tried to come off as a nice guy but needs more work. I was waiting on in room, he forgot to dismiss me and he thought I was. I heard him talking about me to the other nurse saying he thinks my ganglion cyst doesn’t hurt and I just probably want restrictions for work and when I heard I went out and he looked spooked because he knows the door was open and I heard him. My hand is in pain and this “dr” just criticizes you behind your back. Great customer service…smh

I have been lied to a couple times by the receptionist or whoever answers the phone at that office. I don’t remember her name but based on other reviews I think it’s Diane. I told my doctor at MercyOne to send my medicine to a specific pharmacy and when I went to pick it up, they told me that my medicine was still scheduled to be sent at a different pharmacy so they can’t give me the meds. So I called the MercyOne east village number to get the problem sorted out and the receptionist told me she would “call and get it fixed for me” but when I went back to the pharmacy to go pick up the meds they said it was still scheduled to be sent at the old pharmacy and no one had called. I had to resolve the situation by myself because she was too lazy to lift a finger in order to help a patient.
I also experienced extremely bad side effects from taking the medicine that was prescribed to me and I called the doctor’s office the next day. I was put on hold for a while and when someone finally came back I was told that my doctor was no longer in the office. So I had to wait until tomorrow, still experiencing some side effects. I told my doctor about my side effects and in response he said “I can understand why you didn’t take more” and to just cut the pill in half, and when I told him that I was being lied to by his workers he denied it and took no accountability.

I am no longer going to this clinic and I would advise against anyone going unless you would like to be lied to. The receptionist does not care about you so I would recommend choosing a different place that actually treats people like human beings and doesn’t just care about making money.

Would have liked to book an appointment here, but as a new patient, I'm not able to because of MercyOne's ongoing "IT Security Breach", as they're victims of a ransomware attack. This has been going on for over a week now. I've called 4 times and every time I have been told by the receptionist to call back the next day, when clearly nothing is going to be resolved by the next day.

Receptionist was needlessly curt and evasive with me today when I called and asked a few follow-up questions about if they knew when new patients would again be able to schedule appointments. I had to explain to her I was only asking because I didn't want to have to waste my time calling other MercyOne offices if no one was going to be able to schedule me as I'd been calling back to this office and other offices for a week now.

Finally after trying to push me off the phone several times it was explained to me that return patients can still book an appointment, or rather, "they can still be accommodated", but only specific slots every week are designated for new patients, and they can't access which slots are "new patient" slots without their computer scheduling. Uh, what? So how about you temporarily make any open slot the physician is available a potential new patient slot until your systems are back up? How does anyone over there think this is a reasonable explanation?

As a business practice, that doesn't make a lot of sense. If you're in the middle of an ongoing technical blackout, you might want to adjust your new patient scheduling policy temporarily to account for the technical issues. It's not like people's health problems magically go away because your system was hacked.

I also asked the lady on the phone if there was anyone they'd been told to refer new patients to for scheduling. Maybe the hospital? Maybe a clinic? Maybe an administrative liaison for MercyOne? She wouldn't even address that question, simply stating this wasn't their fault. I told her that while I know the technical issues aren't her fault, she is the person answering the phone so naturally she should expect people calling might have questions. She simply replied stating,

"I'm trying to make this as easy as possible."

Easy for who? You?

The practice manager or whoever is in charge needs to get a handle on what's going on here and come up with contingencies for these issues. Very unprofessional on the administrative front.

Diane at the front desk is so rude and she is definitely not interested in taking care of Mercy One Patients. I have being calling requesting a prescription refill for 2 weeks with no results....
Dr. Bodra is a great Doctor but it's a shame he has to deal with horrible customer service at the front desk....
