Greenwood's Sewer Services

My sewer service had total blockage. I called to have it fixed. They placed me on the list and were able to come the same day. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He completed his task quickly and with a reasonable cost. I will be recommending there services!

Greenwood is our sewer service go-to! They can sometimes get busy and reschedule you because they have commercial customers that get higher priority. But, once they squeeze you in you get great professional service.

Alex and his colleague (didn’t catch her name!) were so great. So competent, honest, and good people. Hate that they had to come out but love that they were who I had. Can’t recommend them enough and I’ll never call anyone else.

I described my issue to Michelle over the phone and she was polite when answering my questions regarding cost. The techs arrived when they said they would, they diagnosed the problem that did not need what I thought was needed, and didn’t try to sell me on anything else. The problematic drain line cleared easily and I received some good feedback regarding garbage disposal usage. Very satisfied.

I was referred to Greenwood by another plumbing service. I was hesitant at first because of the mixed reviews, which is why I’m doing my part to help out. We had a backed up kitchen sink, and I had already tried my 25 ft manual auger to unclog to no avail. I called them and they had availability the next day (would’ve been same day had I called sooner!). They said the people would be out after their other appointment.

They called me around 230 the next day to let me know they were on their way. I let them know how to find my house since Google Maps sometimes takes people to the wrong area. They arrived, and spent about 45-60 minutes unclogging with their machine. The cost was not only reasonable but cheaper than what I expected. I would totally use their services again, had a great experience and no hiccups like the other reviews on here!

Wow! Greenwood Sewer is the bomb diggity ! I had a drain stoppage in my basement for sink and clothes washer. And Michele at the office had a couple of techs a couple of streets over! Boy did I luck out or whatever ? The guys were over within 90 minutes! And get this 128.40. Hell you can’t beat that with a stick for plumbers these days! Like I told the other girl Amy on the phone after service was complete, I’m definitely putting Greenwood in my cell phone book! Thank you !

Greenwood Sewer Service was referred by another plumber. Greenwood was in the area when I called and they arrived 20-minutes later. They arrived, laid down pads over our hardwood floors and had the drain unplugged within 15-minutes. Very professional. They noticed our basket strainer was broken and replaced that too, all for a reasonable price. They have the equipment and knowledge to work quickly and do the job right.

I was in an emergency situation on a Sunday evening and after not being able to find a resonably priced plumber I came across this business. Their rates & prices were fair and then when the worker Clint came to fix the issue he was the most helpful, personable guy I have come across in a long time. He took the time to explain the issue and the process they use to fix it. When the job was over I was more then satisfied with the work. I saved the phone number and for any future problems will go here first! It's nice to see quality results with great quality specialists.

These guys are amazing. Had an issue with our sink being backed up. Tried to fix it myself and broke the pipe. Service tech not only got the clog free but also was able to fix my broken pipe. And were they on top of it! Called in the morning and we were up and running later that afternoon. Reasonable price too. Thanks!

Very prompt service. Called in the morning was able to get resolved before 2pm. guys were in out and in no time. Very efficient. Scheduling was very easy for me. Michele was friendly and to the point when she called to schedule. Was happy with upfront price, no hidden fees.

Sewer backed up due to tree roots and they were out couple days later and fixed the issue even with how busy they were. They were recommended by a friend and with their great service team I will continue to use Greenwood.

Every other sewer service in Des Moines told us it would be three or four days until they could get to us. Greenwood said they'd be here in two hours or less and they came in an hour and a half. They worked fast. The got the job done well and explained a few things about our sewer problems. Highly recommend.
