UPDATE: A year later I had backing up into our house. I called Alex in the morning and he chatted through it with me. He showed up mid afternoon same day, and was able to rooter out a clog. Still good at his job, still quick to show up, and still affordable!

I called this company at about 9 in the morning. Unlike another company that said it would be six weeks before they could come clear the drain in my basement, Mr. Sewer Rooter was there at 1:30 that day. The job was done quickly, and I was very happy with the price I paid.

He was very thorough. He needed some equipment at another location but returned in good timing and charges the same rate at any time of the day or night. Very friendly and showed concern when he realized the problem we had.

I had two clogged shower drains. He cleared both, answered all of my questions and explained everything. He also let me know that there is a 30 day warranty and to call if I have any issues.

I have multiple rental properties and have used Mr. Sewer Rooter many times. They have all the services as the larger companies but are much more reasonably priced! Very professional and will take care of the issue the correct way.

My Husband & I Give Mr. Sewer Rooter FIVE STARS! Because We Called And Asked For Him To Arrive A Little Earlier Than Our Appt. Time And He Did. He Really Cared Of Not Getting Water On The Flooring Underneath The Kitchen Sink And He Didn't. He Was Very Polite And Told Us Our Price Up Front. My Husband & I Will Definitely Keep His Business Card Just In Case We Need A Plumber Again.
