Wonderful little gem in a small town. Great coffee! Breakfast burritos are delicious. Staff was friendly and cheerful.

I often go in with my 3 very young kids, the staff is always to friendly and accommodating to them!

A little dose of reality... this place is in small town Iowa and it’s locally owned. All the more reason to LOVE it, but with that comes the service.

The service isn’t the greatest when it starts to get busy. But the wait is worth it and the food always taste phenomenal.

So take off your watch, kill an hour, relax, and enjoy your meal!

This place is sooo good! The food is great and so are the drinks. The staff is super friendly and made sure that my drink was exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be returning!

Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a smile. Everyone is so friendly and the food and coffee are amazing. Overall a great atmosphere!

Decided to give it a try since we forgot to get stuff for camping for breakfast. So glad we did. Their breakfast pizza was delicious, biscuits and gravy was great as was the eggs and hash browns. Have already decided when we are back this way we will have to stop again.

Great small town place right in the town square! Epic fancy coffees loaded with sugar and flavors. Very well decorated interior but it is on the more cozy side. The food is cheap and quite the deal! Very tasty deals!

Extremely high quality sandwiches and sides, along with an ice cream serving area! The best sandwich restaurant within a 100 mile radius. Once again, very very high quality sandwiches. I would recommend the chicken bacon panini to anyone who wants to eat here. There is a great kids menu too that has multiple options for kids. Lots of options for seating, along with a couch/seating area for relaxation purposes. There is a huge group table for large gatherings.

One of my favorite places to go in Polk City. Great pastries, breakfasts and lunches. Cinnamon rolls and pecan rolls are divine.

I came in with a group of 20 seniors from Illahee hills last Wednesday. I had the Cuban it was so good and my friend loved the reuban. We all loved it will be back soon. Nice little place!

The staff was wonderful with the young kids and with the adults ! The food was extremely taste and was promptly served. The raspberry truffle coffee was, oh so good !

Great food and great customer service. You can go in and order just coffee or ice cream, or you can order an entire meal. They run daily specials that are always a nice deal. All of their food comes in decent to generous portions including their deal of the day. They have wonderful soups and sandwiches as well as homemade dessert and or Bakery items that you can purchase to have with your meal or just go in and get some to take home to your family. I am excited that fall is almost here because they will start making their pumpkin bars again and they are to die for! As far as the desserts / treats go they have there Staples which are cookies scotcheroos and cinnamon rolls but they also have seasonal stuff. When rhubarb is in season they do a rhubarb crisp that is to die for the owner and manager of this little diner is very friendly does a lot of Outreach in our community and employees very nice High School and college kids.

My family has always had a great experience when we come here. It's a great place for a cheap and delicious breakfast. They also have many coffee options, including lattés, mochas, and almost any flavored syrup you could imagine. This is one of our favorite places to go as a family!

Fantastic food and service. Prices are very reasonable and quality high. This place is one of those gems in the heart of Polk city ! You can’t beat it for meals ! The ice cream is a great finish to any meal !

What a sweet team of people. They are all present and invested in their positions. Great business model. A manager of a large restaurant in DSM said theat was very impressed.
