We had recently got a car there and was introduced to Noah at first. Such a personable and nice guy. Very informative and engaging. Made our first experience there very comfortable.

We then worked with Alex who was our sales person. They were AMAZING! Very polite, easy to talk to and very informative as well. They also made the entire process very smooth and easy! They were able to help us get our beautiful Red ‘07 Buick Rainier which WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE and who, I might add, we call Crimson, LOL.

But all that to say, we would HIGHLY recommend coming here if you’re looking for a car. They work well with any type of credit and work with you on finding a car fit for your budget or what you can afford. They make you feel like they want to work with you to get you driving off the lot that day. Such a great staff and they offer such awesome customer service.

Noah and Austin helped me. I just did an application online. They reached out to me. I drove down the very next day, my car had a missing exhaust system and coolant leak. They got me into a reliable vehicle with 0 dollars down trade in. I left the same day with a Chevy HHR that runs smooth and a smile. My payments are low too. If you need wheels fast go here.

Austin is awesome, he's funny and helped us get a great car for our family, he also helped my sister get a car at the same time and also had fixed a burnt out tail light for me on the spot! The online application was easy. I got a response quickly. I came in, finalized the application and test drove the car I wanted and within a half hour was driving off. No pressure from the sales department, Austin was knowledgeable and forthcoming with information. With a seven day return warranty, I had time to take the vehicle to my mechanic for a diagnostic test. 10/10 would recommend CarHop to anyone!

Purchased my newest vehicle there. Got a nice car with financing, all together process was great, couple of issues being fixed on the car with total support from the team at the lot. Overall a great experience.

I applied for a car here last week. The application process can be done completely online and then Noah went over the final details over the phone and got me approved before I even went to the store! I made an appointment for the next day. Noah was my salesperson. He was super busy that day! The office was full of people applying for cars. Noah still made us feel welcome and attended to. He kept thanking us for being patient. He was very friendly. He let us test drive vehicles in my price range and take our time making a decision. Once I found the vehicle I wanted, there was just some paperwork to do and then I was out the door driving away in my new car! This was a very stress-free experience. I didn't feel pressured or rushed in any way. I was in and out in 2 hours even with Noah being super busy and he was the only one working that day (Saturday). Noah was very straight forward with me. He stayed after closing time to get our deal finalized. He was very honest with every car I asked about. He let me drive multiple cars and worked very hard to get me approved. This is a great place to get back on your feet. Personally, at 33 years old, have recently started my life over from scratch after a very rough past. Other dealerships wanted high downpayments and Noah worked with me with what little money I had saved up. I drove a car off the lot the same evening I walked on the lot. Thank you Noah.

Austin is VERY VERY nice. He helped me with everything, including the first time going there. They answered every question I asked, very good information, and very understanding about certain situations as well. Very quick and easy approval, I had my car in under an hour! I was very worried about my credit score but I got approved! Overall I had a very good experience. So now I am driving home with a 2009 Ford Taurus! Would recommend Carhop to everyone!!
