They've always taken good care of me whenever I've needed anything. And they are unbelievably diverse and international - I think one of the folks in there told me that staff speaks something like 27 languages!

I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Employees are polite and professional. Only negative is that it seems to take a long time for rather simple transactions in the bank. Kenan in the drive-thru though is very efficient and polite.

Wells Fargo is a large corporation and makes lots of mistakes, but by working with the friendly staff at the Ingersoll location, many of the issues can be fixed. Very helpful bankers.
