My boyfriend and I went into the store on a day off for some fun. We were greeted and helped by the friendly and knowledgeable Ms. Lisa! She was so helpful and fun to deal with. She had a beautiful sense of humor and had great recommendations! We had a pleasant shopping experience and the customer service was outstanding! We thanked her profusely and can't wait to shop at your store again!

Eli was super helpful. Very knowledgeable on multiple product lines. Warm personality. I embarrass easily, and he made me very comfortable. I will definitely be going back, and if I have questions, I will be asking for Eli.

I will definitely be going back to this location to visit Monet because she knows how to assist me with my needs at the store when I am shopping there. She is a very kind person and very patient with me. And she knows what kind of items that I like and the discounted items for the week or whatever and she is very good with stuff like that. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help finding anything there shopping.

Lisa the lady at the counter is so helpful fun kind and open minded to people. I love going in when she works always has great tips for us lady's.

All the staff here is great. One person sticks out more. Carol has been here and helped me with a couple of different questions about products and had a lot knowledge of the different products. There was no awkwardness or judgement about anything. Even in one instance the store was very busy and she was the only one there and kept up with communication with everyone. Making sure everyone knew she was aware of everyone's needs. She is an amazing employee and has recommended some great stuff. We will be back for sure. Just be upfront with what you're looking for and she'll lead you in the right direction.

Holly you do realize that your review isn't a bad one for this location, it just means whoever refused to sell to you is doing their job correctly. When you said bong you were using an illegal term and if he did end up selling a product to you he could risk losing his job and many other consequences would follow. I doubt a sale is more important than store policy. Also, this isn't the only location who has the same policy. Go anywhere who sells water pipes and call it a bong and see if you have different results. I'll wait...
