Ben's Burgers

Ben’s Burger uses local farm fresh ingredients, bakes their own buns in house daily and grinds fresh beef for their burgers. Don’t tell any one, but this burger actually made me drool. Absolutely love this place! 🤤 🫶🏽🍔

Fries are always come out the same "crispy". Fresh buns baked in house, but the meat for the burgers is outstanding. All, the ingredients are fresh!

If you are looking for a great smash burger, this is the place! The burger patty was seasoned well and all the vegetables were fresh. We ordered the cheeseburger and bacon cheeseburger and were delighted with the quality and taste of the beef. The buns are also great - you can tell they are baked fresh and in-house. The fries were hot, crispy and salted perfectly. The cashier was also super friendly and greeted us with a smile. What a great place!

I always get too eager to eat my meal from here I never get a great photo, which is just one sign of how fantastic Ben's is. I can't eat gluten, and Ben's really goes above and beyond to ensure my meal is safe and I feel confident I won't be exposed. Then on top of that it's always delicious!!! The gluten free bun is delicious, and their careful selection of ingredients really shines in every part of the meal. We make a point to stop by almost every time we visit the area and definitely recommend.

Clean restaurant and awesome food and service. The burger was delicious, and the fries were crispy on the outside ans fluffy in the middle.

Crispy, perfectly cooked, salty fries...as they should be! Never had a soggy fry here!

Never heard of the place but since nothing at Jimmy Johns looked good I walked over there. It definitely feels simple but the burger was amazing and tasted fresh. Price wise is no worse than other comparable burger joints whose burgers weren't as good, maybe next time I'll try a shake or their Blizzard knockoff(I forgot the name).

What a great burger and fries! The meat was outstanding and fresh ingredients… I think even the buns are made in house. Super great, def recommend the double! And the strawberry shake has REAL strawberry in it! Incredible!!

Great burger joint! My wife and I wanted something a bit more fancy than the usual fast food burger, and this place delivered! We walked in and I believe Ben himself greeted us very warmly. When he noticed that it was obviously our first time here he walked us through the menu and was very friendly with us, asking where we were from and what we were doing here today. The food came out to our table very quickly and it was delicious! The burgers were juicy and the fries were fresh and hot! We also got a milkshake that was very good as well. I would definitely recommend this place!

By far the best burger I have eaten! This place is better than In-N-Out! The meat to bun ratio is perfect, the restaurant is super clean and the quality of food and service is flawless! I choose this place over B-Bops anytime! They give the perfect amount of fries too!!!

The food is delicious if a little pricey, but the value comes through in the quality. Very rarely. Do you have a meal that comes out at a restaurant that looks like the picture on the menu. They also have the best fries around

One of the best burgers I've ever had! The hamburger had amazing seasoning and went well with the fresh tomatoes, onions and house sauce as well as the awesome buns! It was so perfect! Thank you Ben's Burgers!

This was our first time here & I have to say it was a great experience. The burgers are smash style patties & the buns are better than a traditional hamburger bun, & the fries stayed crisp even after we finished our burgers & had started to cool down. Ben even came out to our table to check on us & see how we liked everything. Overall it was an excellent first time here!

I'm a bit of a burger aficionado, and Ben's is in my top 3 stops within a 50 mile radius of Des Moines.

Fresh ground hamburger cooked to order is the only way. You can taste the freshness at Ben's Burgers. The patties are so tender and juicy that they would fall apart if it wasn't for the delicious toasted and buttered bun holding the show together.

The fries are outstanding as well. Fresh, crispy, with a nice texture and chew that keeps you digging in for more.

Ben's Burgers has hit upon a combo that has had me stopping weekly for quite some time. Their burgers are quite the treat.

Ben is da bomb. His burgers are good. His fries are good. His shakes are good. I had all 3, so I would know.

The restaurant is very modern and clean. I’m told some people order burgers with 12 patties on them. So that’s an option.

This place is as good as it gets. Amazing food and they accidentally forgot my fries so they more than made up for it by providing me fresh, hot fries AND a free cookie. That’s how you do business. Kudos and we’ll definitely be returning soon.

Delicious, juicy made to order burgers. Fries are great, the service is amazing. I come here once a week or so between classes and ordered today only to realize that today was the one day I forgot my wallet. I apologized and was ready to drive off, but the employees were so nice and told me I could have it anyway. Thank you so much!

Fantastic fast food for gluten allergies and celiacs. Dedicated fryer. GF buns. Cross contamination prevention practices. All employees I've encountered have been nice and accommodating with a smile. Willing to change gloves as needed. They are the standard that I would like to see more of.
