All Seasons Veterinary Care

We had a terrific experience this morning at All Seasons Veterinary Care. Our Max found himself with a paperclip stuck in his teeth. Kelcey was super efficient in getting our Max scheduled asap. She requested his records from his previous vet. Vanessa was accurate and informative in giving the estimate for the visit. Dr Autumn was over the top informative, educational, great at setting expectations and comforting before and after Max’s appt. The office is clean and modern. Kelcey, Vanessa and Dr Autumn were very welcoming, warm and loving to our Max. We are happy to have found a “home” for all of our veterinary needs.

We take both of our dogs here and they treat them like family! One of our dogs recently had a dental cleaning and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! They also always call to follow up after each appointment. I would recommend this vet to anyone who has furry family members!

The doc is great. We’ve had nothing but good experiences taking our two cats and dog. They’ve been very upfront and honest. Especially while taking care of a fairly sick cat.

Our first visit to All Seasons was unexpected. Our cat had been sick for a while, and it became clear that day it was time to end his suffering. However, our regular vet was not available. So, we took a chance on All Seasons and are incredibly glad we did. From the way we were treated, you would never have known it was our first visit. They called our vet to get the cat’s records and had already reviewed them. The compassion and comfort shown by Dr. Chrouser and the entire staff was exceptional and helped us get through a very difficult day.

Dr. Chrouser and the entire staff at All Seasons are always friendly and welcoming to me and my dog, who they treat with kindness and compassion. The office is very nice and they have the most up to date equipment to provide the best care possible. The location is convenient as well, less than 10 minutes from Ankeny. I've been to several vets in town... All Seasons is the best!

This vet is awesome! Our puppy had some pain and wincing, and just wasn’t acting alright. We had taken her into another animal hospital for emergency care where they kept telling us different things and at the end said “it’s up to you what do you want to do”. We left there and Scheduled an appointment next day with Dr. Chouser. She was amazing and did a great job with our puppy. We will definitely continue care here. Amazing and friendly staff, great facilities, and awesome doctor.

I just switched to All Seasons Veterinary Care clinic and I REALLY LOVE it here! They are always so welcoming and friendly and Dr. Chrouser is so nice and good at what she does! I've been bringing my kitten Pogo in to get all her firsts and boosters and so and Dr. Chrouser and the staff (Kaylee) have been so helpful and attentive! They even followed up to make sure she's doing well after being spayed. I really appreciate how thorough they have been with Pogo and I am excited to bring my other cat in to get care established for him. I highly recommend this clinic and feel that it's very reasonably priced for the level of care provided. :)

The staff at All Seasons Vet Care were incredibly helpful in getting health certificates for flying with a dog. They also provided care for my dog Maverick that I didn’t even know he needed. They made us feel welcome and genuinely cared about Maverick during every visit.

Dr C. gives the best care of any veterinarian we have used for our miniature schnauzer! She and her entire staff are committed to providing care that is exceptional and our experience at this clinic was was that for sure. Highly recommend this clinic.

I had a great experience having my cats' dental procedures performed here. I am a registered veterinary technician myself, so I have pretty high standards for my cats! Here are a few reasons why I recommend them:

1) They require labwork ahead of the procedure to ensure their anesthetic safety.
2) They placed an IV catheter in each of my pets, regardless of how fast a feline dental cleaning can be. This is their standard procedure (unfortunately, this isn't the case at several veterinary hospitals).
3) They took full mouth dental radiographs. Also their standard procedure.
4) They constantly updated me with progress pictures and emailed me all the images of my cat's dental radiographs, without me having to ask for any of this.
5) They sent me home with adequate pain management, including anti-inflammatories (One of my cats had to have a tooth extracted). Again, their standard procedure.
6) The discharge instructions were told to me by the vet tech, not a receptionist. The instructions on paper were concise, easy to understand, and included the times that my cat needed her next doses of medications.
7) Their sign-off on the bottom of the discharge included the entire team (granted there are only 4 staff members, but this was meaningful to me).

You can NEVER underappreciate the quality of an experienced, credentialed staff. Take advantage.

Compassion, care, direct communication in routine care, urgent care and elder care. We have three cats and made a switch after one of them needed to be seen for an urgent medical concern. They have compassionately educated us on several issues to help our feline family members live their best lives. The entire staff is wonderful!

We had to make the hard decision that it was time for one of our fur babies to cross the rainbow bridge. As hard as it was, everyone showed us nothing but compassion and empathy. They truly are awesome! Still missing our baby so much! Thank you for being there for us during this difficult time.

We were very happy with our first visit! The team was very welcoming and our dog received great care. We’ve been looking for a regular vet since we moved to the area, and confident we’ve found it with Dr. Chrouser!

Jodie is great to work with and handled all of our concerns about Jasper.

Excellent clinic with super vet and friendly staff. Only 7 minutes from my house in Grimes so I love the location.
